I took my silk blouse in for dry cleaning on May 21, 2022, and when it came back, there were 2 tears in the lower and upper sleeve area. I took the blouse back to show them the damage done to my blouse. But all they said was the damage was not caused by them and that my blouse was an old blouse (not true, as I showed them the receipt of this blouse which was purchased in Feb 2021), and that I must have ruined my own blouse.! They refused to take responsibility or ownership. The older of the 2 brothers was very nasty and told me I can file a complaint to the small court in Jackson. The only compensation they would offer me is $5.50 (for a $225 blouse, which is very insulting). That said, I did not take their offer of $5.50. I would not recommend anyone using Todays Cleaners as they are dishonest and treat their customers poorly.

We took two dresses in on Tuesday 7am for a wedding on Friday , one needed to be rid of THREE stains from the seamstress who hemmed the dress and my dress to be hemmed. They were so helpful and got all the stains out and hemmed my dress by 3pm today (Wednesday). Thanks so much! :)

Any time we’ve needed alterations they’ve been done to perfection. The owner is attentive and listens to your requests. My family’s dry cleaning is always done quickly and looks great. I’ve used other Jackson dry cleaners and they don’t compare. Most happy to use them and highly recommend.Service: Alterations

Professional, reliable place. Had a few dress pants hemmed and they all turned out perfectly. My only wish is that they were open a little later so I could pick up after work, but I believe they cut back their hours due to COVID which I understand. Very friendly and very reasonable prices. They are one of the only Dry Cleaner's in Jackson or nearby that offer a quick turnaround. Prices are fair for the area, and the owner is very nice. I will only go here because I know I will receive clean garments, etc. and because I am actually taken care of. Drop-off is also very easy as well.
I tried "Michael's Dry Cleaners" in Jackson, and it was not for me. The hours were not in line with my schedule, with high prices at times.

I had been sick for a long while, with cellulitis. Also I walk with a cane when it flares because of pain and extreme swelling.
So of course my laundry piled up. I brought it in to have it done and the women who had 2 or 3 other customers before me informed me not till late the next day.
Imagine my surprise and delight when 4 hors later she called and said it was done.
