The tailor there has no idea what she is doing. I get all my pants done a certain way and for some reason she could not do it. She also wanted to charge me for closing up the hem after a taper when all i needed was a taper and no hem. She gave me attitude about how i wanted my pants done . It was like she was making the pants for her to wear. All Cleaners should make sure before hiring tailors that the tailor does what the customer wants and not what the tailor would wear themselves

Got back from vacation and had a wedding that night called Michael’s and they said bring it in we will have it ready this afternoon for you and true to there word it was ready

I love this cleaners. Michael knows every customer by name. They do a great job with the clothing and they’re really accommodating with when you need it by. They’re also good about extending their hours around Yomim Tovim. I highly recommend this cleaners!

Worse service. The women didn’t even bother looking at what I needed hemmed! Informed me it was “impossible.” But I was able to get that done elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I went back to this store and while I waited her in the car she went back in and politely asked to have her dress redone and she was received by yelling, disrespectful and poor behavior from a lady called Rosy. My girlfriend was very polite and wanted to have the job redone in her dress and this lady yelled and cursed at her. When my girlfriend realized that there was nothing that could be done for her she requested a refund based on the poor job done and the lady grabbed the dress from counter, snatched the money from Michael's hands, who is the owner and apparently has no control over his staff, and she THREW the money and the dress out the door. Dear Michael, this person should fired and should respond for her poor behavior accordingly. If nothing is done you are condoning this behavior in your business.
