After my parents and I have been going to Jerry’s Auto Body for years. I called and spoke to Blaze explaining I need a fuel pump replacement on a 2007 Subaru Sports Forester. Blaze said – WE NEED to drop the fuel tank that will take 4 hours then change to fuel pump the pump will cost $400. The total job will cost $1,300. I said 4 hours to drop a fuel tank? You don’t have to drop the tank you could access the fuel pump through the cargo area. Blaze said we must drop the tank etc. I later called the Subaru dealer the fuel pump price is $320. I called Advance Auto and picked up a fuel pump for $100. The whole job took me 1 hour. Next day I called and spoke to Blaze and explained how I did the job. Blaze tried to change the words by adding if he did not have to drop the tank it would be less. Blaze was constantly interrupting me as I was speaking to try and cover up for the lie he told me to make himself look like an honest man. 1 star is too good for this place.

I had a car accident, and I knew that the only auto body place I wanted to fix my car was Jerry's. They pay close attention to every detail and do a perfect job every time. When I got my truck back, you couldn't tell where it was even repaired and looked like new. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The technicians are top notch and keep you informed about your vehicle's repair progress. Thank you Jerry's Auto Body for such a great experience. You did an amazing job! Jerry's auto body is hands down the BEST around ! From the ladies at the front desk to the estimate guys and the workers ... everyone is super friendly and they do fantastic work . We are kept up to date on our repairs and they always finish close to the exact date of not earlier . My family would never go anywhere else !! B

TERRIBLE experience with Jerry's, a huge mistake choosing them to fix our vehicle. They estimated one month, took TWO months, leaving us with $500 in rental fees in order to get to work. They took zero accountability, blamed each other and all the vendors. The GM, Bill Lovins, said he'd call me back in 60 mins to straighten out this mess but didn't call back at all and then refused to take my calls. I asked to speak to Jerry and was laughed at by Art, said Jerry is long retired and has nothing to do with the business. Art also told me that Bill Lovins would send us a check to help with the rental and of course the check never came. And as if some kind of bad joke, less than a month later, the back hatch door broke while we were loading groceries almost catching us on the heads and denting our door. AWFUL in every way! I would avoid this place at all cost!!

These folks do an amazing job! I was blown away by the repair quality and I would challenge anyone to find that repair! Body filling and paint were absolutely PERFECT!! The people there were also a pleasure to work with and went out of their way not to waste your time. VERY efficient!

Took my car to Jerry's auto due to someone defacing it with paint thinner. The car was not only done ahead of time but looked amazing!!! Paint job was truly perfect. Not only did they paint it but they fixed my bumper and a dent on the back of my car by a tire for me which made the car look brand new!!! When I got in the car it looked professionally detailed. I truly was blessed to find them to fix my car and highly recommend
