Lucky they're local. I requested a new prescription for diabetic needles. Put it in 2 nights ago. Go to check by calling, I find out they don't even take calls from customers anymore and have an automated system, not even caring about the customer! Anyway, call the doctor and get the prescription approved, it's not ready for pickup even tonight! Wow! They just don't care about customers anymore!

The pharmacy needs to stay open later in the evenings.
ETA: the pharmacists and techs do their best under the circumstances, never had a problem with anyone there. It seems like there’s not enough staff lately, and the shortened hours make for long waits sometimes when you need something same day.

What a poor experience at this pharmacy. Came here to pick up prescriptions for my father, one prescription was released while the other needed a “verbal approval” without any further explanation. The doctor office called them twice to try and solve their issue. It took me going back in to the pharmacy calling the doctor with them looking at me and waiting for the doctor to call back to give them the “verbal” for a saline solution. Not to mention they all had a bad attitude and literally no aptitude to help. Literally choose somewhere else.

Zero stars if I could. This store is the absolute worst in the area. The pharmacy has no clue what they’re doing. Where do they hire these people? Very scary. Don’t trust them with your medication. They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Fill your medication at a mom and pop pharmacy. Do not fall for this corporate retail nonsense.

This place is terrible, go to another store. They never get my meds right. There's always a problem with receiving the meds on time even when I order the meds in advance. Terrible customer service. The manager on duty during the day is the worse hangs up on customers.

That pharmacy is going down the hill faster than expected! Came in today. Asked the pharmacist if they had the medication that was just prescribed to my son by his pediatrician. Was told will be ready in 20 minutes…. 30 minutes later getting a text message saying that they are out of it…. Will be in stock in few days! Are you kidding me???? Few days????? If I could give them -0 stars would definitely do it! I’m switching to Walgreens.

Worst CVS around. Called ahead to see if my script was ready because I had to UBER & had a paper script. When I got there 15 minutes later, they magically didn’t have it. Also, the condom section sucks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every 3 months I have to jump through hoops to refill a heart medication. They lie as to why it's not ready and in turn have me calling my doctor and insurance company when the fault lies solely with them. If you want an honest pharmacy, go ANYWHERE else. I will be changing to Walgreens as they are at least capable of refilling a prescription that is on auto refill and hopefully won't lie about authorizations being necessary when they were done by the doctors office far prior and done in time for yearly renewals as well. Just a complete mess of a pharmacy. I feel for anyone older than may not be able to advocate for themselves.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every 3 months I have to jump through hoops to refill a heart medication. They lie as to why it's not ready and in turn have me calling my doctor and insurance company when the fault lies solely with them. If you want an honest pharmacy, go ANYWHERE else. To add the cherry on top, they informed me once I explained this was authorized prior to them claiming it was not, that they need to ORDER my pills. So I have been over 48 hours without a necessary HEART medication. I will be changing to Walgreens as they are at least capable of refilling a prescription that is on auto refill and hopefully won't lie about authorizations being necessary when they were done by the doctors office far prior and done in time for yearly renewals as well. Just a complete mess of a pharmacy. I feel for anyone older than may not be able to advocate for themselves.

This pharmacy is the worst. When they don't have a prescription that you ordered they don't even call you to let you know. Sometimes no one picks up the phone when you call during normal business hours. I've never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy. The whole pharmacy closes everyday for lunch. Like can't you have someone stay and eat later?

This is the worst CVS pharmacy in the area.I have been going to this CVS for years for my family’s medications. Approximately for 10 years now we’ve had multiple prescriptions for a family member sent there have to be filled monthly. For the past 3 years now we have been having numerous issues with them. We would call ahead of time to have them order his medications and then the day his medicines are due, they say that we don’t have the right prescription, that it costs 800$, that they don’t have the medicine so they’ve got to order it, all a bunch of things they could’ve told us when we called days beforehand has been going on so long and each visit it gets worse and we end up in a panic trying to find any other CVS within a 40 mile distance that has his medicine. When they tried to charge us for medicine(even though the insurance said it’s supposed to be covered and they left calls on how it’s supposed to be billed) they lied and said they billed it correctly and tried to charge us 800$ for a pill my family member has been taking for years. Today they claimed we never called ahead about his medicine and therefore They don’t have the time to order his medicine. In reality we had called 4 separate times in the past 4 days about this. My parents are both physicians and they’ve never been treated like this. We also were never getting the messages when our meds were ready UNTIL AFTER we pick them up. The attitude some of the pharmacy techs have as well(except Gloria) is quite upsetting as well because we’ve been dealing with these issues for years with his medicines and the new pharmacy techs will condescend to us that we are wrong until we speak to the pharmacist and insurance and find out we are absolutely correct. There is also incredibly long wait times on their phones as well on different days.We are likely going to switch to another franchise like Walgreens and file a complaint with the business bureau
