I normally don't do this, but I can't help myself this time. I have used this pharmacy almost my entire life, but for at least the last five years, the service for the pharmacy has been terrible. At times, it rotates between a total lack of communication, disrespect from staff, and an inability to fill scripts in a timely fashion without any notification as to when the product will be available or what is causing the delay. Stay away from this pharmacy if you expect professionalism and available prescriptions. I will from now on, and they are by far the most convenient location for me.

Has to be the worst CVS in the country. Can never get rxs in at the same time, can't fill an rx fully (don't have enough) so they'll give you 3 days worth. If you like going in 3 or 4 times for 1 rx then go here. The pharmacist will lie to your face then ignore you when you come back to talk to her. The blonde one, about 50-something. Fairly new there, I think. Not that any from the past were much better. I don't know her name. If there was any way to get my rxs elsewhere I would. Their hours suck, lines are long and it's clear they don't give a crap. What a dump of a pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy service by far . Talk a being unprofessional, i’m not so sure i could find anyone with a worse attitude . They are such horrible human beings. Must be nice when u still get a paycheck and not have to worry on how you treat you customers. Because it is not your money that you are losing. Finally starting to understand why CVS is a slowly dying business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will never ever step foot in a CVS again. Done

I can call two and three days before I need my meds and I end up with no meds for few days great job till someone dies with out meds then we will see what happens

Lucky they're local. I requested a new prescription for diabetic needles. Put it in 2 nights ago. Go to check by calling, I find out they don't even take calls from customers anymore and have an automated system, not even caring about the customer! Anyway, call the doctor and get the prescription approved, it's not ready for pickup even tonight! Wow! They just don't care about customers anymore!

The pharmacy needs to stay open later in the evenings.
ETA: the pharmacists and techs do their best under the circumstances, never had a problem with anyone there. It seems like there’s not enough staff lately, and the shortened hours make for long waits sometimes when you need something same day.

Worst CVS around. Called ahead to see if my script was ready because I had to UBER & had a paper script. When I got there 15 minutes later, they magically didn’t have it. Also, the condom section sucks.

What a poor experience at this pharmacy. Came here to pick up prescriptions for my father, one prescription was released while the other needed a “verbal approval” without any further explanation. The doctor office called them twice to try and solve their issue. It took me going back in to the pharmacy calling the doctor with them looking at me and waiting for the doctor to call back to give them the “verbal” for a saline solution. Not to mention they all had a bad attitude and literally no aptitude to help. Literally choose somewhere else.

Zero stars if I could. This store is the absolute worst in the area. The pharmacy has no clue what they’re doing. Where do they hire these people? Very scary. Don’t trust them with your medication. They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Fill your medication at a mom and pop pharmacy. Do not fall for this corporate retail nonsense.

This place is terrible, go to another store. They never get my meds right. There's always a problem with receiving the meds on time even when I order the meds in advance. Terrible customer service. The manager on duty during the day is the worse hangs up on customers.

That pharmacy is going down the hill faster than expected! Came in today. Asked the pharmacist if they had the medication that was just prescribed to my son by his pediatrician. Was told will be ready in 20 minutes…. 30 minutes later getting a text message saying that they are out of it…. Will be in stock in few days! Are you kidding me???? Few days????? If I could give them -0 stars would definitely do it! I’m switching to Walgreens.
