Our visit was an absolute delight from start to finish, filled with exhilarating rides, laughter, and heartwarming acts of kindness from the staff. The park boasts an impressive array of fun rides and attractions that cater to all ages and interests. From adrenaline-pumping roller coasters to charming family-friendly attractions, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Each ride offered its own unique thrills and left us with unforgettable memories. What truly set apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by the staff, particularly the security team outside. When we found ourselves in a moment of distress after losing our keys, the security staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help us search for our lost belongings made a stressful situation much more manageable. They stayed with us every step of the way, providing reassurance and support until we were able to resolve the issue and safely leave the park.Their dedication to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of guests was truly heartwarming and exemplifies the exceptional level of service that provides. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about creating a positive and memorable experience for visitors, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. In conclusion, our day was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the thrilling rides and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We left the park with smiles on our faces and hearts full of gratitude for the wonderful memories created. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable adventure.

Overpriced and rundown, we will not return. Many rides were not operational and no shows available. Pavement mismatched and cracked. Food was ridiculously overpriced and of poor theme park quality. It cost over $33 for two small ice cream cups with sprinkles and a medium coke. They are cashless and charge credit surcharges for every transaction even though they only accept credit. I spent less on more prominent theme parks for food like Disney and Universal. I'll save my money next time and get a better value putting that money toward a quality theme park.

Smaller than I remember, and I grew up here. It looks a lot like they were in financial trouble at one point, closed a bunch of stuff, and are just now trying to turn a profit again. $45 just to park is a ripoff, and a terrible way to introduce yourself. Rides kept closing for no known reason...3 of them (Nitro, Skull Mountain, Jersey Devil) were closed all day. No excuse for major rides to be down already all day with random breakdowns before Memorial Day. Do better.

I’ve been coming since ‘08 and have a lot of fond memories here! While the park went through a rough patch, receiving minimal love, it looks like Great Adventure is improving. They are working on making the park more scenic, as well as adding a new Roller Coaster. This should bring new life to the park.

The park itself is pretty. Many of The rides need more theming and WAY shorter exits! There are NO elevators for people with wheelchairs or crutches. If you have your own electric scooter-forget it! The ramps simply will not accommodate those. You need one of their tiny scooters.Partially because of the width of the ramps that lead to the ride, but also because they send you up the EXIT. So this narrow exit ramp is to get people off,and people with a wheelchair up. Absolute WORST setup ever in a park. Then there's the fact that I hurt my ankle in a dark area of the park last night on uneven pavement. The grounds need serious help throughout the park! But we couldn't have rented a wheelchair quickly even if we wanted to because we had no means to. Here's why. On their website for this park,it tells you they're cashless. Fine. My husband puts Google pay on his phone. We get there, attempt to buy capes in a gift store and that's when we discovered this news. So they're open 5 to 11 and unless we go all the way back to the car we have no $. Ok,back to a few hours in to the night, injured ankle. I hobble to customer service, husband goes to the car for his wallet. I explain what happened and also about how their site says nothing about not being able to use google pay, just that they're cashless. So this meant the waste of a half hour just for his trio to the car. They send 2 medics on foot to speak to me after the park manager on the night of 9/16/2022 was a COMPLETE jerk. She's literally what is wrong with the amusement park industry in customer relations. The 2 emts, however, went above and beyond!! They gave me a cold pack (which was cool at best and lasted 5 minutes) but still,Connor was 1 of their names and he arranged a wheelchair for me. Not just for last night but for today as well. They were kind and helpful. This is our 6th six flags location and they're all poorly designed and terribly managed. They're like the knock offs of what real amusement parks should be. The ride operators here were way better than the others though!! Six flags in Chicago, and here in N.J. are the best out of the ones we've been to. El toro is down because they didn't properly take care of it resulting in an accident. Kingda ka was down last night and nobody knows why smh. If we didn't love roller coasters SO much, and want to ride as many as possible,I'd never ever patron another six flags.**edit 6/7/23. We were given free tickets and skip the line passes (4) and seeing as to how my husband an I have gold passes we brought our kids for 2 days. Nothing has changed to help people with needs for handicap assistance. Not even 1 automatic door to help them in or out. They have however ,filled in many of the cracked up spots in the walk ways. Many of the ride opps are awesome! But be warned. If you need to rent a scooter and get the pass for alternative access to rides you have to get the pass OUTSIDE the park ,and rent the scooter or wheelchair INSIDE the park! It took nearly 15 minutes for these people at customer service to retrieve my free tickets when i had a case number on file and they couldn't locate everything. 3 of their roller coasters were down, and MANY flat rides and food stations were closed both days of our visit. WelI simply,I cannot ever reccomend people stop here.

The roller coasters are delicious, lots of diversity, for all tastes and adrenaline levels. The park is beautiful and you feel great, it's a really nice day! I highly recommend it, I want to go back, the best park I've been to so far, there's nothing like it in Brazil. Brazilians, if you are going to be close to New Jersey and like to go on roller coasters, this is THE PLACE. The only detail is that on busy days you can wait in line, but that's part of it, I managed to go to a lot of rides.

I use to have their black diamond pass for years until they transitioned from 50% off discount to 20% off……that made me end my membership with them. Now I only go twice a year ( 1 for summer & 1 for the Christmas season). I use to go like 23x a year with my diamond pass. Also I don’t buy food no more in the park because theirs LITERALLY a lot of fast food restaurants next to the park. My boyfriend and I can stop at DD for breakfast and that will hold us throughout the whole day. When we are heading home we stop at BK which is like 5 mins drive away from the park. The park is fun but I am hoping they add more new rides

Honestly a great experience, no less to the great work of Nick at Medusa on April 13th 2024. Truly a beautifully communicative worker who truly shows the spirit of making a great experience.

2024 worst amusement park of the year board goes to this park. All the rides were broken. Cost $18 for three chicken tenders. They don’t accept cash unless you pay extra to convert your cash to a Six Flags card when you can’t get your money back from if you don’t spend all the funds on it, , rip off. This parker is run by a bunch of incompetent communist.

Don’t bother getting a season refil cup because I got one today and it was stolen by a ride without lockers and there’s nothing they can do. This will be my last year giving them my money dorney park is cleaner more rides open and more helpful when it comes situations like this. Not only that there were a lot of people employees around maybe that’s what they have there employees do take cups so people have to buy new ones

Full priced tickets with half a working park. Everythings broken from the water fountains to the airdryers in the bathroom. Of the rides that were were working, not one was "fully" operational. Everything in this park had a broken part. $6.50 for a bottled water, asked for a fountain water and that was broken too. White trash score 5 out of 5 ?
