“This is by far the VERY best branch one could visit. Every member of staff are ready to help with maximum efficiency and always go the extra mile..as a service industry office owner myself, it has been quite difficult to find anywhere else with staff dedicated to the satisfaction and happiness of clients and customers who will go the extra mile to make sure the customer receives the right service, are content and well looked after. Naturally things do not always go right, but again, the staff at this branch ensure that issues are resolved quickly. It would be biased to write this review if I had never had a disagreement, and I have, but the branch staff sorted the issues quickly, professionally and very efficiently. The branch has first class tellers and an excellent management. This bank branch of Santander's Sovereign bank, N.A. offers more than what most bank customers are looking for..an then some.
