I had a small job done and I am very unhappy with the results. I ordered 4 coasters with a phrase. The first letter is cut off. Just a case of sloppy quality control. Small job, not a big deal, but I want this reprinted with the words centered, I sent a photo of the coasters to the company and I am waiting for a response. I will just dispute the bill with Amex if they do not resolve the issue. Steve Z

just go to Amazon and look at the reviews they are all pretty much 5 star. the previous poster is just out right lying. they have a money back guarantee and Amazon woukd not keep them if they were a fraud. I am a artist there and have had nothing but rave reviews,

Do not order anything from this company! Their products are inferior and misrepresented. Their personalization is poorly done, and they won't refund your money.
