“I took a full one-week road test time before writing this review. Right from the time I called them to set up an appointment through the prompt delivery of the vehicle, the entire process was reassuring. This is a Costco-approved repair facility and they honored the 15% discount as per Costco program. The rotor and brake work they did on all four of my wheels has performed excellent since then. I am sure they used quality parts and the workmanship is of a genuinely professional mechanic. An ASE-certified professional, who knows the mechanics of cars very well, runs this workshop. The estimate dollar amount was communicated to me ahead of time. All work was done as promised. They did not leave my car dirty, as some other unprofessional mechanics would with tar and stains all over the place. MY car was as clean as I had left. They responded to all my questions satisfactorily over the phone. In the end, a 24000-mile 2-year warranty was added to the repairs done, which shows confidence in the work they do. The overall cost of service is comparable to other facilities, but I would recommend the professional approach of this facility.”

“Earlier this week I discovered that I had a flat tire while @ work. It was forecasted to have a major severe rain storm later of the day, it had already started to rain, I was panicking that I may be stranded. My coworker came across a local place D & M and when I called, Dominic was so helpful immediately over the phone. He sent his son DJ to come to my work, took my tire back to their shop, patched the leak and put the tire back onto my car. As easy as that! The entire process took less than an hour. And they charged me nothing! In this type of emergency situation, one could take advantage of you. But instead they showed kindness and true honesty. “I called the shop on a Saturday, Quincy ordered the tire I needed for my GMC. It was there on Monday morning. I wasn’t able to get there until Tuesday morning after work. “OK so I have a Honda pilot bought it in for service wholesale transmission they told me that I need a new transmission that my transmission had failed…..ok at that point I decided that I wanted to get the transmission rebuilt that’s what I decided on. They had the car a week and a half. I got the car a week ago Friday and I’m having drops on the ground of transmission fluid and antifreeze, so at this point, I have come in today for service to let them know that antifreeze and transmission fluid is leaking from my car had no leaks at all prior to bringing the car in for service. Even when the transmission had failed I had no leaks so at this time I’m here for service. I will let you guys know what’s happening further. I’m gonna leave the car here for service today and I’ll let you know what’s happening further when I pick the car up. At this time I’m being told that they gonna put it on a lift and they’re going to see where the leak says an in-service whatever needs to be taken care of. Again, I will let you know what the results are when I pick the car up.. will give a further review when I pick up my car . Not a good experience right now…….. UPDATE got the car back drove it a week everything’s working perfect like never before I’m so happy yay team wholesale transmission and they made me feel so good, because they were so tentative getting it right right from the door I must say ! I must say they were very communicative with the whole ordeal ,and I can appreciate that.”

“From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was five star service ‼️ I used to be that person that would go to the car wash spots and get the free wash after the oil change but somehow as many can relate they charge you for 6 bottles of oil but only apply 4-5 bottles because they determined it wasn’t all needed. This place took care of me as a walk in within 45 minutes and they even drove my car to the front of the store. I was under the impression they only do tires but they do it all here. I highly recommend everyone to take advantage of the zero interest for six months credit card when purchasing the tires because it came in clutch for my holiday spending.”
