Roopali Mathur at the New Jersey Store did a fantastic job helping me to order as an online customer. She spent very good time pulling up pieces and showing me what I wanted to see, and I ended up ordering 2 wonderful sets. Tanishq has a very beautiful collection, and I thank Roopali for making is a wonderful online shopping experience for me. I had an amazing experience at Tanishq Iselin yesterday and will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent jewellery and quality customer service. I visited the store over the Dhanteras weekend event and it was crowded as expected. After getting on the waiting list, I was soon connected with Amulya, who gave me an amul experience at Tanishq. I had a few styles in mind but was not really sure what i wanted to get. Amulya asked just the right questions, judged my style & taste and showed me beautiful pieces that also met my budget. She was extremely patient with me even on a crazy day like yesterday and made sure I get to see everything I wanted to before I made my final decision. I am touched by her sensitiveness, politeness and gentle manner which went a long way in helping me get something I am in love with. I have shopped at Tanishq for years and i am so happy I can continue to do so here in the US as well. With reps like Amulya, I am a customer for life!

Very bad experience me and my younger sister entered into the store to buy pair of earrings for my younger sister but the lady name Arvinda, she literally insulted us and said she don’t have time to show us earrings in front of everyone. That was so rude. But immediately other girl took care of us and showed us and we bought it..

My family visited this location on a very busy Sunday and we had a wonderful experience! Genuinely surprised by the hospitality and the welcoming environment at Tanishq and I hope the team keeps it up.
With the help of Munira we chose some really unique pieces that are going to be such a staple in our collection. I have a couple of ear piercings and when I mentioned that I wished desi gold earrings and flat backs, Munira said hold on one second. She momentarily returned with a visiting member of the product team in India who took a lot of time and care in asking me questions about flat backs and taking a look at the structure of a pair I was wearing. He even said while it may be difficult to do flat backs for 22K gold jewelry due to the soft nature of the metal he'll bring the idea back to the designers.
Overall, really enjoyed the energy at this store compared to others in the area. We visited three other gold shops in Oak Tree Road and Tanishq had the best prices and most unique designs of the four.
