Called this shop Friday, 3/22 when a woman picked up. I asked if the shop had a certain item in stock before making the trip. The woman told me she’d call me back and hung up on me. Terrible customer service! No, I did not receive a call back! I wounded up going 30 minutes out of the way to Smoke City Gallery in Roselle, NJ where they had no problem at all checking their inventory before I stopped by to pick up my item. Check out Smoke City Gallery in Roselle, NJ very good customer service and there employees actually seem to like their job!

Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews you see I been going to this smoke shop since they opened and I Never had any issues with none of the workers at all they all became my friend when I walk in the store tans they see my face they all smile very very nice respectful people and they work with they customers hello friends keep up the amazing work.
