horrible, ill mannered kid towing my car! As soon came, he gave sassy attitude, almost hit my car with the chain, and when I asked him to let the dealer know my info about the car he was giving annoying attitude. will let progressive know not to use this towing service again

This is a terrible company, I don't recommend it to anyone!!! The driver is incompetent and rude. When I called and wanted to ask how many minutes my car would arrive, he said, "If you have something important, call 911 and hit it." So now a person doesn't have the right to call and find out where their car is? Never contact this company!!!

Kenny was extremely helpful and kind in regards to my tow. He showed me a great level of professionalism and shared some knowledgeable information about the make of my car. I appreciated him and my car dealership Open Road BMW Edison for their assistance in my situation. My insurance company sent a tow who was less helpful and couldn’t even tow my car; that says a whole lot. Kenny was able to put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with him having my car brought back to the dealership, 50 miles away.

If I could leave a negative review every single day for the rest of my life, I would. This agency is, without a doubt, the absolute worst of the worst. I was assigned to this unreliable tow company by insurance company, and from the very beginning, it was a complete disaster. There were clear instructions given about the specific time the car was supposed to be picked up, but of course, they didn’t show up. No courtesy call, no updates—just a no-show.
I had to call them to check in, and the guy on the phone casually said they’d be there in 60 minutes. Mind you, this was already after waiting 90 minutes beyond the originally scheduled time! I waited again, giving them the benefit of the doubt, only to call back 45 minutes later. This time, they said they’d be there in another 30 minutes. At this point, my patience was wearing thin. But just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. Right around the time they promised to arrive, I received a call from a completely different tow company, informing me that they were 30 minutes away!
I’ve never dealt with such blatant disregard for people’s time and needs. They don’t just lack professionalism; they seem completely incompetent, and their communication is nonexistent. This kind of service is beyond frustrating—it's a complete failure on every level. I wouldn't trust this agency with anything, and I highly advise others to steer clear if they value their time and sanity. Avoid using them as all cost. Owner to this business- you r lucky that I cannot use profanity.

Just got towed from South amboy all the way to clifton, the driver was Adam, and he is honestly the best tow truck driver i encountered my life. Professional, quick, and goes above and beyond to help me out even to push the car where I wanted.
Awesome company and im glad I had someone like him to help me out!

Got the tow from my insurance but the driver dropped my car not at the address requested , his excuse was his truck won’t fit to go in. He didn’t even let me go with him in the truck telling me to go walk to the closest dealership and order an Uber from there and he got expensive stuff in his cabin .. what if I called you to pick my car up and I was in the middle of nowhere and can’t even get a ride !! On top of that he left all my keys and my shopping bag unlocked in the car and just left .. not even notified me or my wife that he had arrived.

7/13/24 this company towed my vehicle, my insurance told me the driver would give me a ride with my car he was towing to my mechanic shop, tow truck driver was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I suggest you never call this place. He was also 45 minutes late.

Went there to retrieve my belongings after a car crash and the kid at the desk was very rude, not helpful, didn't assist us nor gave us information about the procedure. He just said to remove personal items and to leave the keys in the car. When I tried to ask questions, he was short with me. And didn't give me any more information.

Made me wait over two hours for a tow promising to be there and cancelled on me unexpectedly. Didnt show any remorse or care. Avoid if you are in need of service. You shouldn't agree to tow someone make them wait and cancel abruptly because you didn't want to travel there. And it was in old bridge NJ... Nowhere dangerous.

The dispatcher working the phone is horrific. Profane, ignorant and rude is the only accurate description. Accept jobs without checking coordinates to see if they can actually help you. Won’t update your insurance or roadside plan if they want to cancel on their end and keep you stranded. Believe the low star reviews, trust me.

They try to scam my mom into selling my car(2004 Saab) to them because apparently it was too damaged to fix, it was a simple starter issue I resolved from my mechanic. Don’t trust them. Do you market research. They will treat you like you’re dumb. Good luck.
