We discovered Maharaja store during pandemic induced lockdown while searching for an Indian grocery store that has home delivery. It was recommended by a friend, and it certainly did not disappoint. You can order authentic Kerala groceries and snacks online and have it delivered to your home for free although I highly suggest adding tips for the service. For any questions, Sarin makes himself available on his cell phone and promptly asks for feedback regarding individual items, especially when something is newly introduced. The ripe plantains are the best that I have found in NJ (makes the best plantain fritters called "pazham pori" in Kerala - the equivalent of the Spanish platanos maduros), but it's hard to get as it gets sold out soon. I cannot recommend Maharaja store enough. Must try !

I tried out Maharajas for the first time today. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of products they delivered. The prices of all products were similar to the Indian stores and its a free delivery for a minimum $50 order. I definitely loved the fact they carried a lot of kerala brands which is sometimes hard to find. They were very punctual about their delivery. It's a one stop shopping for all the Indian groceries, vegetables, fruits, meat and fish. Definitely recommend them and I'm sure to use them regularly

We are regular customers. Fantastic service. They have a wide variety of both south Indian and north Indian products. They are very prompt at service and informs upfront before delivery and if any amendments needed in the already placed order. We are living quiet far from known Indian communities at NJ, but maharaja services here too, which is great. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants quality Indian products at very affordable prices at the convenience of your doorstep.

I have been ordering from this online store since 2019. If you are a South Indian, especially Keralite, you will love this store. Deliveries are prompt and fresh. Includes many items unique to Kerala that you don’t find in other grocery stores.

Excellent online shop for Indian groceries, including vegetables, meat, fish etc. Found good ayurvedic products too in the website. I have been ordering food items from this site for years and I felt very good service when it comes to home delivery of ordered items. Never missed any item(s) I ordered. The guy is very committed and communicated either through text massage or voice message after the order has been placed. Basically, I am from southern part of India and am able to find most of the items from my hometown from this site. Love this site.

Great selection of south Indian products and frozen items like fish and kerala Parathas. Quick delivery within NJ. They ship across us but they don’t ship frozen items though

Great place to get your south Indian groceries. Lots of Kerala specific items. Typically delivers in 2 days but sometime you get it in a day too. They have great selection of frozen fish too. Would definitely recommend.

The best online Indian Grocery store for Malayalees in New Jersey. Especially the frozen fish. I used to have them from other Indian stores but found them tasteless as they were very old, but after getting the same from Mahararaja I realized they can really taste good if they are not very old. Nothing stays longer in Maharaja's freezer as they move very fast. Try Chaala Mathi (Sardine) , Ayila (mackerel), Kilimeen, Netholi Kozhuva (Anchovies) and taste the difference!!
