“We had an amazing experience at Maaya fine jewels. We had called in advance and taken an appointment but walked in earlier. Swathi was our go to person and she coordinated our visit very well, including telling us where to park. Swathi was so patient and friendly. She showed us different varieties of pieces in my budget. I initially went to buy only one piece, however swathi helped me choose unique pieces which were very elegant. Mr Nihar and his dad were also present at the store. They were so warm and friendly. Swathi also helped my mother pick a ring. She had good suggestions on what will look good on me. Maaya jewels has unique collection. I highly recommend shopping here for your Diamond Jewellery.”

“Raj Jewels not just sells quality jewelry, precious stones and bullion, but they focus on building relationships - building a Raj Jewels customer "family". That should explain why we are Raj Jewels customers for over 25 years, even when we have to drive over 3 hours to reach them. I'll describe two very recent examples to show how they care. (1) We liked a pair of kadha-s for our would-be daugter-in-law but needed in bigger size. Vishal-ji said they can be made in that size but would take a certain number of weeks. We said we need a little sooner than that. He noted down the date we needed by, and got it by that date for us. Once the pair were made, we were even sent the pictures before shipping. Only for the timely care Vishal-ji took, we could give the right size kadha-s at the engagement. (2) After the engagement ceremony, we slightly damaged the locking mechanism of one of the kadha-s. Yesterday evening we took that to Raj Jewels and showed to Vishal-ji. He promptly got that fixed at no cost to us, and with his ever smily face. Everyone there are very caring, patient, reliable and very helpful. We also bought from them online and had the same good experience. Goes without saying, we'll remain loyal members of this "family". “I had a great experience here today that I felt needed to be shared. After shopping around all day in this area with a necklace design I had in mind, this store was able to meet the price I was looking for and the same exact design. I’m a bit concerned now after reading all the bad reviews about quality and I really hope they didn’t accept the price I requested because of the “bad quality”. Overall, I hope I got a good quality because the necklace was beautiful and the man (I believe owner) gave me a stud earing as a GIFT which was very sweet and I appreciated that. Even striked up a conversation and turns out we both grew up in QUEENS”
