I was in need of a couple laptop accessories so I came here last minute and found what I needed but it was very limited. There was hardly anything to look for, I am used to stores having a variety of items to choose from not just one section. They seemed like they were closing down soon with how empty the aisles were so maybe that is the reason it was like that but at least have a sign addressing the reason it’s so limited.

Purchased a $100 wireless microphone for my camera which turned out defective with a loud beeping noise throughout the entire video. Came to the store to return or exchange it 19 days after purchasing and was told that I was 4 days out of their 15 day return policy and was offered a $50 membership for them to honor the return/exchange by the manager Remi. Basically spend $50 to get $50 back lol. Who comes up with this stuff.Stores like these are going out of business for implementing these irrational policies that are not customer oriented at all. Could have bought a more affordable microphone on Amazon, browsed the reviews, and not had to deal with this terrible customer experience. Never shopping here again.

Shift lead’s ignorance and attitude !! Even after it was clearly mentioned on the open box, item had a MFG warranty, he refused to acknowledge the fact or help. He gave me a card daring me to reach his corporate !!! No more Best Buy if this kind of ppl we have to deal with !!!

Great customer service from associate Amanda and manager. Purchased a Samsung Watch5 Pro which was defective. Was able to return with no issues and keep my 2 year warranty without charges.

Waitng for phone pickup from last 4 hours and till now they are not able activate the phone till now. On top of it the Manager is Very Very Very Rude. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE LOCATION.Worst is Geeksquad.Jason is the only guy from geeksquad who helped me . Thanks a lot Jason
