Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite. I can say that I can never go in and not take the time out to browse. They also always makes you feel like an appreciated customer. “Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“Bjs always come through for me with delivery options available or even in store. What I love about this place most is that they always have digital coupons you can preload to your card for deals. They also accept manufacturers' coupons too. They have a huge walk in that you could literally stroll for hours. Rarely, they have samples of random items throughout the store. It's better to go mid week if you're trying to avoid long lines and large crowds. Weekends are for the gangster shoppers who don't mind being on mile long lines. The produce is mostly fresh and filled to the brim. Veggies and fruits are neatly stacked. They have a decent cheese area. Plenty of frozen and fresh goods and the prices sometimes go up and down but usually still much cheaper to buy in bulk. I have done my shopping with BJs and without it and let me say it's always better with it. The workers here work very hard and customer service is good. It can be chaotic at times depending on the day but it's always worth it. Great selections, great prices.”

“If you like blindside backing, this is your ranch?. Very limited room here and about 7 more trucks than should be in here plus a garbage truck jockeying for space can be a bit hectic. I did manage to do a u turn in a very tight space so that I could back up on drivers side but I was scared that I would bust my hoses the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t ding a star on the review because the manager and employees here had a sense of humor and were so refreshingly nice! Plus I was late and they worked me in, so no griping will commence. Once I was assigned a door, I was unloaded and out within an hour. There were a couple of experienced drivers there that graciously helped me navigate the u turn and getting parked to wait for a door. Very much appreciated. The manager even came out to make sure everything was going okay (as far as finding a place to park) with the various drivers. I would come back even though it’s a little challenging to my skill level?. (1135 Springfield in Union NJ location)”
