Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite. I can say that I can never go in and not take the time out to browse. They also always makes you feel like an appreciated customer. “My last visit went alot smoother, I don't know if it was the time I arrived or what. But the store was less chaotic. I'd like to offer a suggestion though, multiple customers had 15 items or fewer and were in the regular checkout lines instead of going to self checkout which was moving alot faster. Perhaps an employee can monitor the amount of items in the cart and direct them to self checkout as to avoid them being in regular checkout lanes and clogging those lanes for people who have a significant amount of items. Today's visit there was at least five customers in front of me and my family who had less than 15 items, one guy literally had 1 case of water but was in the line for regular checkout. That boggled my mind, where he could've easily went to self checkout and been done. Now I had 2 carts of items so obviously I'm going to the regular checkout, but to be in that particular line for just one item was a bit much. Other than that this past shopping trip was awesome. ?”

“Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“Bjs always come through for me with delivery options available or even in store. What I love about this place most is that they always have digital coupons you can preload to your card for deals. They also accept manufacturers' coupons too. They have a huge walk in that you could literally stroll for hours. Rarely, they have samples of random items throughout the store. It's better to go mid week if you're trying to avoid long lines and large crowds. Weekends are for the gangster shoppers who don't mind being on mile long lines. The produce is mostly fresh and filled to the brim. Veggies and fruits are neatly stacked. They have a decent cheese area. Plenty of frozen and fresh goods and the prices sometimes go up and down but usually still much cheaper to buy in bulk. I have done my shopping with BJs and without it and let me say it's always better with it. The workers here work very hard and customer service is good. It can be chaotic at times depending on the day but it's always worth it. Great selections, great prices.”

You can find out whatever you need to know. What are all the pros and cons when comparing this tv to that tv? He knows it. What about comparing these computer monitors? He knows it. How about these sound bars? He's owned both and knows all the details. It's insane! Great store.”

“I recently visited BJ’s and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that offers a great atmosphere, fantastic food, refreshing drinks, and top-notch service, BJ’s is the spot to be.
First off, I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. Even though the restaurant was busy, the lines moved quickly, and we were seated much faster than expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. They were attentive without being overbearing, and their knowledge of the menu was spot on.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing! I ordered a delicious meal that included a perfectly cooked steak, while my companions opted for the BBQ chicken pizza and some of their famous appetizers like the avocado egg rolls and spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the menu had such a wide variety that everyone in our group found something they loved.
One of the highlights of our visit was the beer selection. BJ’s is known for their handcrafted beers, and they did not disappoint. I tried a couple of their house brews, including the BJ’s Piranha Pale Ale and the Jeremiah Red. Both were exceptional and paired wonderfully with our food. Whether you’re a beer aficionado or just someone who enjoys a good drink, BJ’s has something to satisfy your taste buds.
Additionally, we couldn’t resist taking home a brand new TV from their electronics section. The selection was great, and the staff was helpful in assisting us with our purchase. It was convenient to be able to enjoy a meal and do a little shopping in one trip.
Overall, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse exceeded all our expectations. From the friendly service and diverse menu to the quick seating and excellent beer selection, every aspect of our visit was top-tier. Whether you’re looking for a place to enjoy a casual dinner, catch up with friends, or simply relax with a cold beer, BJ’s is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!”
