She patiently pointed out the various features of several shoes, and could not have been more helpful. One thing I appreciate about REI is the excellent sales staff never pressure customers in order to make a sale. Really great store, plenty of parking and convenient location. Highly recommended.”

A salesperson named Joseph took great care of me and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease as I was still nervous and wobbly with my walking. He assisted me with many different options and even helped me walk while trying on the sneakers. Joseph gave me a lot of encouragement regarding my slow recovery and made it a great experience.
