The pharmacist and pharmacy techs at this location are DISGUSTINGLY disrespectful! The entire pharmacy staff was HORRIFIC my experience was without a doubt one of the most HORRIBLE encounters ever! Would not recommend this pharmacy EVER! They SUCK!!!!

Today I delt with pharmacy tech Carol/Camille. Let me begin by the saying the level of disrespect is absolutely expected. Lack of patient relation, incompetent to customer satisfaction, lack the ability to interact professionally, self absorb and egotistical. I was once a pharmacy technician and know exactly the protocols so don't think you can fool customer with a placeholder thinking they will go away. As soon as I request my service elsewhere, they quickly fill a prescription that was once denied for service. It is unfair for customer to deal with people like that on a daily basis. As advocates we will continue to push for a change. Front staff are amazing but the back that handles the prescriptions are in desperate need for replacement.

Most unprofessional laziest pharmacy staff in Rite Aid history. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Coconuts running the joint and don't like to do their jobs. Only prescription they'll give you is attitude.

Ridiculous, I called for an RX at 11am, by 4pm it still not ready. At 6pm the tech is telling me they are just putting it in the computer. Unprofessional, unorganized, lack of customer service. I don't want to hear that you are short staff or COVID is affecting your performance, bcz in the hospital taking care of COVID patient, ita still my responsibility to maintain a respectable demeanor and provide expected patient care.

Very unorganized and rude. Pharmacy department is the worst!! Scheduled an appointment to get a booster for my son for 11:00... was finally seen at 11:50. There were no customers in line at the time. It appears that since there were no customers in line to pick up their prescriptions, it would be an ideal time to catch up. Meanwhile, you have 2 or 3 people waiting to get their shots and arrived at their appointment time. The pharmacist finally comes out with an attitude and breathing hard. The pharmacist explained that they have prescriptions to fill, etc.... I understand that part because it is their job. However, you do not make people wait 40 minutes to get a shot that would have taken less than 2 minutes... ridiculous!! I personally received my COVID shot at a different facility where they had many, many, many people and did not wait 40 minutes... again so unorganized!! I can now understand all of the negative reviews for this location... unprofessional and unfriendly! I will not be visiting this location again and recommend that if you need a COVID, booster shot, do not come to this store!!!

Home for the holidays and I’m beyond shocked by the culture here, you don’t realize the difference until you move away. The pharmacy staff was clearly overwhelmed and rude about it. It felt like I was bothering them to do their job! Glad I don’t have to put up with this but saddened at this locations decline in service!

Don't waist your time . They never have medications. They never receive the prescriptions sent by email from the doctor. I like rite aid but this one is horrible.

I would like to thank the staff and pharmacy for being courteous and considerate about my health , especially during this pandemic . I give them credit for timely refills and thank them for following up with my doctor's for required information . The front end staff is friendly , always greet and willing to assist . I am certainly keeping this store as my favorite store .
