Scammers they tell you a price over The phone and when I had the tires delivered to them because they don't fit in my coupe after they seen that i got them shipped they took advantage of me, and they overcharged me, knowing that I can't say no because I had no space to take the tires to different shop even the employee called his boss, telling him that in Spanish, thinking that I don't understand Spanish, and they also scratched my rims bad and it took him 2 hours to change 2 tires and i was literally the only one there and the employee just hanging around, taking his sweet time and chilling will never deal with them again

Yesterday they checked my air pressure and broke my valve pin. When they checked they told me that everything looked great with my tires, no worries. I went here for an oil change. When they were done I got a receipt with a long list of this that they check (including my tire pressure), when all I asked for was an OIL CHANGE. When I got home I had a flat tire. I called the next morning to have a civil discussion about it. I just wanted to know if they were willing to take a look and replace it. They were rude and denied even touching my tires in the first place. I had a receipt that said they did, and I offered to bring it in (with my car) to jog their memories. They hung up on me. I called back and they refused to answer. I called again after a few mins, they answered and hung up. HORRIBLE. Horrible at their jobs!!!! CASHIER lady was a complete B—... let me not even say the word! Horrible experience!!!

I have gone to other places for tires change, but pin tire shop is best. They will give you better tire and their price is not too exaggerated. You can even have a free car wash it's all depends on......love it
