If I could give them no stars I got two braids and a ponytail and I'm left with a bald spot I will no longer let these African hair braiders touch my head again.

I use this service for braiding on December 11th 2022. I wanted kinky twist. One week later, the hair started falling out. I am so disappointed. After paying $170.00 not including the hair, I expected a better service. I will not be visiting this salon any longer. I should have walked away the moment the hair stylist asked me whether I want Senegal twist braids when I asked for kinky twist. Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least ?.Service: Braids

I got there as soon as they opened, I was a walk-in, I was seated almost immediately. I showed the young lady, I believe her name is Monjai, which I am sure I am spelling incorrectly, the style that I wanted it was part braids part cornrows and she executed the style exactly the way I wanted. I am very pleased. I love the atmosphere. The ladies are all very nice, welcoming and the conversations in the shop flows perfectly, it was smooth, intelligent and fun.
