Worst experience total rip off very horrible will not recomend not even my worst enemy to buy cars from this dealership on August 13 i went to this dealership where i was assisted by medo in purchasing a vehicle all went well with the paper work and i was handed the keys to my nissan 21 rogue upon driving the vehicle off the porperty weheard a loud sound and realized something was wrong. We called immediately and told mido we would be. Coming back right away,he said come tomorrow the mechanic will be here tomorrow we went the following day on the 14 August they gave us an address for a mechanic for the monday 19 august when we went there the mechanic said we need appointment and they didnot have us down we called anthony the sales manager who had supposedly made the appointment he called them and said we should go back the mechanic check the car andsaid it needed 2 strouts and 2 linkage we had told to come back when we went back we had told they were on vacation for 1 week they would be back on sept 1 so we were sent to another Garage they said we should come back we've been there on several occasions we were told they were sourcing new parts but they lied to us they were some old parts which i think is worse than the ones they took out the. car is driving worse than 4 its not fair for me and my huzband to spend over 27 thousand dollars for a defective vechicle we paid 1800 for service charge and they did nothing to the car if i wanted an old junk i wuold have gone to the junk yard and i am still waiting for them toget the car fixed i spoke with capitol one who funded the loan they said they will contact them becaz its illegal to sell a defective car.worse car mart ever

Ok so we went to nj used cars just yesterday looking for options and before we could enter the parking gates there came Anthony with a warm smile the and the best welcome ever. He was very warm and friendly and as a former customer service rep from Jamaica ?? it sat very well with me. My husband and I decided to sit with him and we were blown away by this excellent, well mannered and delightful young man, who wore a big smile the whole time we were in his chairs. His we can get it for you attitude was everything . We decided on a Nissan rouge and in a few minutes he had us approved for finance with no credit and several issues we faced were not used against us at all. I love the business we did and I would recommend anyone to do business with nj used cars , it doesn’t matter your situation go see Anthony he can get it done. Definitely will return.
About a week after this I recommended a friend to them and it seems like it was the worst thing I did. These people are having so many problems with the vehicle they bought and they have been getting sloppy services from nj usedcar regarding how to go about getting the issues sorted.
Now after running around with the dealer for over 3 weeks the problems still not sliced.
Anthony was great but never again will I ever recommend any one to this place it’s not good and they are not honest. Every time u call no one wants to talk to you . Can u imaging buying a vehicle for almost 28000 with financial aid and ur having issues same day u drive out of the dealer ship. They were informed of the issue the same time on the 17aug and until now they still can’t fix the issues saying the mechanic over looked strouts and linkage when the car was being serviced. The car is not holding up after just 3 weeks of purchase. Rip off…
