would leave a ZERO due to the poor unpleasant unprofessional customer service experience! this place is HORRIBLE they didn't check my vehicle for all the damage leaving a broken light creating a electrical issue... then the rude seemingly violent George berated and yelled at me because he didn't do his job accurately.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANGELOS AND DEFINITELY WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK!

My Rav4 had two dings in the bumpers. One in the front (my bumper was rubbing on my tire) and one in the back. Nick at Angelo's ask me to leave my car for a day and they would get rid of the dings and reattach the bumper. That evening when I picked up my car I couldn't believe the great job they did and the price was unbelievable too.

The Worst Service Ever: Long story short....Over 1 month for an appointment. Car not ready x 2 finish dates. Rude behavior when you ask questions. NOW to the real problem. They painted the car the wrong color and thought I would not notice and knew they did. I had to bring it up and then they agreed that it was the wrong color. How do you continue to paint a car and know it is the wrong color? They promise to call and take the car back in to be repainted in 2 weeks. Never called. It took over 2 months for them to take the car back, after making many calls to them. Took car back and repainted it the wrong color again. This time they were really nasty and stated they will not repaint it....How hard is it to paint Creme Brulee....or is it they can't read or mix paint. NOW my car is yet again 2 colors. And now he wishes to write that there is no color match guarantee after painting it 2 times. If you would have told me this in the beginning I would not have used your lousy shop. I feel that if you could not get the paint color right you should have said this to begin with. I will never refer anyone here. THEY ARE COLOR BLIND. And I now have a car that is 2 colors and they have refuse to do anything about it

I've been using Angelo's since 1999. Professional services. Family run. Family oriented. Fairly priced. Honest. Worth every penny. They insure their work. I was relieved when they started doing mechanical work. I don't use anyone else. Ever.

I got hit from behind literally right in front of this place. Wanted to bring it to my guy but the brothers that own it were so nice and helpful I left it there. They did great work and would even refer to them as friends after. Professional work with a personal touch.

I had an accident 2 years ago where my front side fender was crushed. The insurance said it was a total loss but when I asked Angelo's to save my car, they did. I paid my deductible and they charged my insurance the rest. My car looks great, they matched the paint perfectly and you'd never know I had an accident. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because when I went to change the license place holder, the backing of the screws were not put correctly, so when I unscrewed them, they fell inside the bumper and I've had to ride with my plate on the windshield because my car dealer wanted $300 to take off the bumper and replace the screws which is ridiculous HONDA of 22!!!! I'm going back to repaint the bumper due to being rear ended by a j*** not paying attention last week.

Positive: It was a hustle trying to get a good repair shop after my collision. I choose Angelos auto body because it is one of State Farm approved repair shops closer to me. I wasn't Disappoint. After 3 weeks of waiting, I got my car back and it was as good as new. All the damaged parts were replaced with new or manufacturer approved parts. My engine sounds extraordinary different. I don't hear anymore noise. And they vacuum my car very neatly. The condition of my car was so bad I even thought my insurance will regard it as a total loss. They dealt with my insurance personally. Ask for Goerge,he is very polite and friendly. Negative: If you don't have insurance for your car then don't try to fix your car at Angelos auto body because you will never be able to pay their estimate out of pocket. The site they used in estimating damage cars is very poor. It gives only the expensive parts that needs to be bought. Therefore a collision that cost 2000 dollars at a different shop will cost 3500 at angelos auto body because of the estimating site they use. I paid 1600 dollars just for labor and a tax of 134 dollars. I think that's ridiculous. My overall estimate was 4874.15 dollars. I paid 1000 as a deductible and my insurance paid the remaining 3874.15 it would have cost less at a different shop.
