He was very patient with tech support he had on the line, two different conversations going on at the same time. When he was suggesting I take my phone back and get a new one it started to work. He activated my SIM card by placing it in another phone then back in mine before that I could only get the internet while I was in my home from my own WIFI, THANKS again ZAKI...”
