Imagine your mother coming into a store after calling customer service and paying $200 for a new phone and a representative puts her on a family plan that's HIS!!!! Cuevo etc idk his name I'll be back to update that's unprofessional and unethical said he did her a favor how if we can't validate or authenticate so my mother because she's older you switch her information to pay your bill! Got mad we called 611 and found it out yes this review is real and horrific!

Every time I go in there the pay my bill I've been told they don't take cash you don't have a credit card or debit card they will not allow you to pay but I bet I went in there to buy a new phone they take my cash then young man that works there is rude and I would tell you to go to another store I mean what's better than cash plus you charge me $5 when you did take take cash seems that the store picks and chooses who they want to deal with NOT GOOD BUSINESS
