“I am a patient who requires occasional 100% high flow oxygen for non-respiratory medical problems. My previous supplier closed down suddenly and without warning, leaving me in a real lurch. Reisinger were absolute lifesavers. It took about four hours from when I first made contact to getting some refills I desperately needed, and it was two days before Christmas and during a pandemic. Everyone I spoke with and who helped me was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While they do not take insurance, frankly the price out of pocket was probably less than I'd have paid with. I cannot say enough good things about this business and cannot stress enough how much they saved my hide and how much I appreciate it. I'll be getting my oxygen with them for as long as I possibly can. Easy 5/5”

“I ordered a walker with a seat to be delivered to our hotel for our NYC visit over 5 nights at Christmas. I especially appreciated using it in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and for the Christmas Eve service in the gigantic Cathedral of St.John the Divine. Having a place to sit when I needed it and not having to depend on a grandchild to push me in a wheelchair was very nice. The like-new walker easily folded to fit into any cab or other transportation service vehicle.”

Customer service was available on Saturday to handle my cancellation request; and they were friendly and professional. While we didn't end up using the service, very happy with our overall experience with this company. Would definitely use them again when the situation calls for it.”
“I traveled to SI from Brooklyn today looking for a Pride Mobility Reclining Chair. Charles Pfeiffer was recommended as the best place to view and purchase the product. I was greeted by Glen when I entered the store and he immediately showed me what was on display explaining the details and differences between the chairs. He also offered to get a specific size I was interested in from his warehouse if I wanted to come back tomorrow to try it out. It was at this point that I discovered the store does not service the Brooklyn Area due to time constraints and staffing. I was extremely disappointed. But Glen proceeded to call his company rep to get a reliable location for me to try in Brooklyn. He continued to answer my questions and make suggestions while we waited for the rep to call back. I am truly disappointed that I was unable to purchase the chair from Glen as I am sure his store would be reliable and helpful if there were issues with the chair in the future. I want to thank Glen and his staff for their assistance and recommend Charles Pfeiffer for any of your medical supply needs if you live in Staten Island. Thanks again for your help!”

“A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver. “I completely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to be educated on and to buy your medical supplies. I’ve been coming to this place for years and had the benefit to get to know the staff throughout the years. The registered nurse on staff, Donna, has been there from the day the company opened and is very passionate about helping her customers. Sometimes even too intensely passionate. She has that “old school nurse vibe” where she cares more about your health/safety and helps you problem solve rather than try to sell you something that you don’t need. What I appreciate the most is that she didn’t sugar coat information to me just to make a sale. For example, one time I tried to get compression socks but my insurance is not in network :(. I had every right to go elsewhere to a location that was in network but it was so far away and inconvenient. Instead, I decided to buy the socks and work with my insurance to reimburse the charge. It actually was a lot easier than I realized. Personally, that was more worth my time than having to drive around looking for a place that is in my insurance’s network.Another time, my friend wanted to buy a wheeled walker for her grandmother. Donna took the time to show and explain why getting a wheeled walker walker would be a disaster waiting to happen. She literally showed my friend how easy it would be for her grandmother to fall using such a device based on a medical perspective. My friend ended up learning from Donna and ended up not buying it that day.Overall, the company is great and I’m grateful that there still exists a physical place like this where I can go and get help and education on the medical supplies I need.”

I closed one ear because it didn't align with the other only to be told I should have closed both of them up because of the horrible job Claire's did. Needless to say I highly recommend this place for infant and or toddler piercing. Great job guys keep up the good work??????”

“It's sad to see the poor reviews! I'm giving them a 5 star because I know how difficult it is to run family owned business! A little patience and understanding can go a long way! Today I got my Seasonal Flu Vaccine as a walk in and the Pharmacist Katherine was lovely knowledgeable and friendly! One cashier seemed to be "learning the ropes" and we have all been there! The place seems a little crowded with supplies but that's only cosmetic! For me the Costumer's Satisfaction score is A plus! I don't drive and my nearest Pharmacy is Walgreens on North Street! Yes it's modern inside but everything is locked up and some staff are "sour pusses!" I usually just run in and out! Forgive me for laughing but it's true! Trying to reach for eye shadow and it's locked on the hanger and must press a button to get an employee! It stops me from buying it sigh!”
