The staff seems like they need more motivation. My dress up shirt is too small, and my pants were altered tight. When I was worried about that when the 2 men who were sure with 100 percent that it would be fine? never again

My fiancé bought a nice suit for an event we decided to attend last minute. We realized later at home the pants are a size to small came back the next day the day of the event to get a bigger size. They repeated told us to go home and come back with the whole suit. They wanted us return the whole thing and switch it for entire bigger size and have it tailored. Everything fit perfectly except the pants. The event is the same day now who has the time for things to be tailored. Now take everything back i don’t want it. Never again

I am writing a review because of my experience with K&G's towing company. I went into the store on 10/4. While inside, I realized the time and walked out of the store to cross my son across the street as he was getting off the bus as there was not a crossing guard at that time. As I was walking out of the lot, I saw a young man watching me from a car with two other individuals standing around a car but I didn't really pay it any mind, by the time I made it to the corner of 38th Street, the same young man approached me and said you left your car in the lot and they are "booting" it. I said "no, I'm coming back to finish shopping, I'm just crossing my son across the street." I immediately walked back to the lot with the young man, where my friend (he had been was inside shopping, came out and heard them say they were going to boot my car) was talking to them, letting them know I was coming right back, however they still booted my tire. I called the number for the towing company and was told once you leave the property they have the right to boot the car.Costly lesson to learn ($198) for leaving off their premises for less than 5 minutes, but I will not be back. I feel like it's predatory to have individuals sitting in a car, recording the person as they leave, and then approach them as soon as the get off the property (as the other person is booting the vehicle) to let them know they have to pay for a boot removal. Luckily they didn't attach the sticker to my window. Another lady had the large violation sticker plastered across her driver's side window along with the boot.

Just a caution to beware of their practices.

Went in for a comfy pair of dress shoes and found them. Good staff. Be careful in the lot not to leave the premises on foot and your car is still parked or your vehicle will be booted. Just a heads up.

You can always find something in this store. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but the energy is always a little off at this store.

On June 18th 2023. My uncle and I bought a suit there. At the time of check out, we stood in the like. The customer ahead of me asked me if I was paying with a card, to which I replied "yes". Then, he said I could go before him to cashier where you could only pay with a card, since he was paying in cash and he had to wait for another cashier to check out. I thanked him and I approached to the first cashier- there, there were two girls chatting and laughing. when they saw me me putting my stuff ove the counter to pay. They look at me and screamed at me " why are you cutting the line?" . I said to them that I did bot cut the line. The customer who yielded to me to go first, said , it is ok - " he did not cut the line". The 2 cashiers were visible upset and raised their voices over the incident... telling the customer " you don't have to tell anybody what to do".. why are you sending people, then got back to me you should not listen to anyone, and do not cut in line. Those two girls made such a scene and went on and on... in the meanwhile I stood quiete. I was wasting my time, and I had to tell to the cashiers " hey, do you want to sell or not- I really want to make a payment now ". Immediately the cashier said: " I don't care if you buy it or not, it doesn't affect me ...... and went on and on... treating me as a second or third class customer.. until I told her that she didn't have no clue in customer service skills, that I have been to a places where people are nice and treat me nice because I am spending money in this store. Visibly unhappy she moved to check me out mingling words during all the process. When I was walking out by the door, she creamed: " next time, do no listen to other people here", I had to tell Her, " you just focus in selling your stuff". period. Obviously, these cashiers were bothered because I put them to work and interrupted their chat. ( it was Sunday around 1 pm ) In this place, people who work here as not nice, zero customer skills and obviously they have no class. is it because its Irvington ?. I am never going back there. There other nicer places where you can spend your money and not waste your energy with ignorance. Thank you
