The owner now is a big liar I paid for a refrigerator a week ago didn’t have the money for delivery so i came back a week after to pay delivery fee he took my money and never delivered my refrigerator he told me He closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I guess I gotta wait till Monday. I’m calling the cops. I’ll tell you the rest after.

Been trying to get someone to look at the stove I purchased about 2 months ago and they keep saying someone is coming. I call,no answer. Ride past, door is locked ?. I will have to get another one from someone else and junk this one. Sorry,it is what it is.

Poor customer service. Always say they are open but over a month with physical proof, they are CLOSED with gates up and lights off and same nite on door. When you call it goes straight to voicemail and vmail is full... Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional. It's actually 2 other places (1 irvington and other in Newark) that have better services for buying/selling appliances

Well, well, well. Where to start. I purchased what I thought was a new fridge. When it arrived to my place, the oh so “kind” employees delivered it & managed to drop it on my foot in the process. (I should’ve known not to trust them after my lackluster experience in the store). Now, me, a 65 year old Veteran is couch bound and up to my ears in medical bills because of this negligence. I have reached out to the owner MANY times with no response, no remorse. I am posting this because I am FED UP with this business. Sounds like I’m not the only one. Not to mention, the fridge was stained permanently with some sort of yellow substance (photo attached) and obviously I haven’t been able to replace it yet due to my condition.

This was by far the worst used appliance place I ever been too don’t go here they have bad anger issues an terrible management a guy cursed me out in there for literally no reason except for I asked him to look at my stove that I paid extra for warranty for that wasn’t working he cursed me out then called me 10 min later trying to apologize smh an took 4 days to deliver a fridge when they said they can do it in a day

THE SALE REBUILT REFRIGERATORS .. CLAIM THEY ARE NEW ! I SPENT 700$ on a refrigerator and it stopped working in less than 2 months … they sent someone out to fix it .. and it worked for about 3 months and then broke again no one has been out to fix it again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY …

Very bad costumer service. Owner would rather blame his costumers then take responsibility for his workers being late to drop off our fridge. I paid for the old fridge to be removed, which they filed to do on the 1st day. The second day they text me saying they would come get it. They never showed up, and never texted or called saying they couldn’t make it. When I went to the store to confront him, his excuse was “we had a busy schedule”

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!! My friend purchased a refrigerator two days ago. She paid them extra to remove old refrigerator as well. They told her they would deliver next day at 7. When she arrived home at 6:15 the refrigerator was left on the 2nd floor in the hallway blocking the path for her to get in her house because she lives on the 3rd Fl. She had to get someone to move it out the way so she could enter her apartment. They did not call her to tell her they were coming b4 the scheduled delivery time nor did they tell her that it was left there. It’s the following day and the fridge is still in the hallway on the 2nd Fl. She has tried calling them repeatedly and texting and no one responds. Now she’s out of a refrigerator and out of her money because there’s a no refund policy on the receipt and she’s not able to move it up to the 3rd Fl. To be honest, I believe they’re a ripoff and they stole her money because she’s still out of a fridge.If anyone knows another way to contact this place please let me know.
