Everything I order . Either breaks .. or is defective. I ordered 2 sets of jrl . Like a years ago both sets broke within a week. I just ordered a nexxen airbrush 2 days it was broken . I used and cleaned after every use . I also ordered the rose gold low pro Babyliss. And both the Clipper and trimmer sound like lawn mowers . They refuse to replace or answer my messages.

This morning I went in there to get some hair and the owner sitting behind the register WOULD NOT come and help me or send his worker to assist me. I brought hair and he said i could RETURN the hair if this was the wrong hair. I come back to return the hair and the cashier says you can get something else because we don't do refunds. So I question the owner about what he said and he blatantly lied and said "I told you exchange". I said you did not tell me any thing about an exchange. Then he proceeds to tell me in a loud voice WE DO NOT GIVE RETURNS! Now this store is in Irvington, NJ and you don't respect your customers enough to calm down when your talking to people who are buying your items. If this was the old me it could've went another way. Poor customer service, no respect for the customers and the ppl in this neighborhood clearly let you talk to them in this manner. But I'm dealing you here on yelp and in another way. I wont be coming in this establishment EVER!

Has everything you need from classic items to new releases. Prices are really good and the staff is helpful. i moved from nj to sc and I still order from here. Top notch
