This Staff making this bank look so bad and Unprofessional making comments about ppl I know she thought I didn’t catch it but I did then went to gossip with another co worker while I sit where I can hear everything this branch use to be my fave but they hire any one now and days to meet the demand don’t even need customer services work there!

IF YOU NOT HAITIAN DONT BOTHER STEPPING FOOT IN THIS BRANCH DISCRIMINATION AND STEREOTYPING FOR BUSINESS OWNERS, I OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT WITH 2K CASH, ISSUED A DEBIT CARD THE SAME DAY EVERY MINUTE THEY MANUALY DISABLING MY CARD FOR 1 EXCUSE OR ANOTHER PREVENTING ME OF USE WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON OR REASON CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEIR BACK OFFICE IS AWARE OF THAT I HAVE TO INCONVEINCELY KEEP GOING INTO THE BRANCH TO FIND OUT
