Don't waste your time coming here if you need the ATM. They might as well not have one seeing as it doesn't allow withdrawals.

Everyone there was helpful, polite, and had great customer service etiquette. Ms. Sanon helped me enormously. I was clueless about procuring a CD. She was extremely patient with me and explained everything thoroughly to me. Thank you, Ms. Sanon and you are the best!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever done banking with. The ATMs are always down, they are super slow. I was told on the phone that instead of of waiting for a debt card to come in the mail, just go to any Investor bank to replace the one card I lost. I go to my close branch, their machine to replace debt cards is down. ??♂️?
