I was sent to this H&R Block location after the first location I went to closed. I met with the lady I was told to go see, she was very nice and stated that my paperwork had to be given to someone else who deals with businesses. That was a month ago and I have not gotten one phone call as to my paperwork, a status, nothing. I have called various times, I even called the main H&R Block customer service to try to get my paperwork back. Last time I called, I was told the location was temporarily closed. I will NEVER use an H&R Block again. It was the first AND the last time.
