“I live in California and sent a birthday arrangement to my partners mother last year from an online service and when she sent me the photo I was so embarrassed I wanted to die! I can’t even put into words how bad it was, I didn’t even think something like that would be remotely possible. It wasn’t even the same color or flowers in the photo and they were mostly dead upon arrival. I reached out to Rosaspina this year, explained what happened with the last service and asked if they could deliver but send me a photo first. They were able to put together a beautiful birthday arrangement on short notice with the color palate I requested and were very helpful and communicative. The arrangement speaks for itself. Marietta went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I dreamed of for my bouquet of white peonies. She even sourced them from two places, including Holland, to make sure they arrived on time, as they were out of season in New Jersey. She and her team also set up everything for our ceremony, including beautiful floating candles. I am forever grateful for their creativity and passion. Bartlett's has been—and will continue to be—our florist for all special occasions!”

She sent different pictures of vases/containers and flowers to make sure I picked out what I wanted. She also gave me different pricing to ensure I was able to stay on budget. “I submitted an online order after office hours with a last minute request to have an arrangement delivered to a funeral the very next morning by 10am. I was unaware they opened only 30 minutes prior to when I asked for the flowers to be delivered by. Amazingly they were able to put it together and get it delivered on time! I also had the wrong recipient on the order (it was supposed to be the name of the deceased, not a family member), but they were able to work it out with the funeral home. I am so very appreciative for their exceptional work and for bringing some relief and joy to a difficult day. I highly recommend this company.”

Everyone - literally everyone - commented on how gorgeous and massive the roses and peonies were. Every single flower was perfect... at the perfect point of bloom - fragrant and beautiful colors. She was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. “I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from 1800 flowers. They sent me a text saying the flowers were delivered. The next day when I visited my mother inlaw she never received them. After dealing with two costumer reps from 1800Flowers who are of no help. I asked which florist they used for my order. I called the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and solved the issue which an error on 1800Flowers end. I am extremely grateful for help. Next time I'm ordering from directly from this floral shop.”
