After waiting for the "FedEx person" to come out from the back of Walgreens and they never did, the security guard informs me that this location does not do labels. GTFOH. Horrible!

The people a the cash register when I Inquire about the where to drop off my package to be shipped out had no idea what I was talking about. All the employees need to have the information not just act unprofessional

My employment sent packages two times and nothing ! The second time a signature was required , and I was home all day both times . Manager told me drivers are able to sign for the packages themselves as per new COVID updates . HORRIBLE!
