Mr Lloyd provided timely service. He explained everything to me in language I could understand, his fees were transparent and he asked me if the cost was feasible. #1 feeling i felt from getting a diagnostic tune up from Lloyds was that he was in my camp. He understood where I was coming from and evaluated and communicated my cars issues in order of necessity. Before any work was done he was on the phone with me explaining the labor being transparent. I wish more mechanics would be like this.
