Do not go here they scam your money fist I go try the first day I don’t like it . It’s dirty place then I cancel my account but they still lie that I didn’t do. The first day and now took like 2 year they still chasing my money that I have an open account with them and they put me in collections this is hungry money I will report them soon after this. Their employees no responsible of what they do dead buniness in town

I was of the impression that I was purchasing sessions, not subscribing to a monthly subscription. I was asked to authorize the payment and the signature that I used end up twice on a three page agreement which obviously I could not read on a signing pad. This games staff is very uncooperative, and not refunding the money they took from my account unauthorized. Moreover the so-called manager on duty, 10.16.2023 approximately 6 pm, didn't even introduced herself, was very condescending,rude and disrespectful. Needs a lot of training.

Unethical and unscrupulous practices. Lazy undecuated employees who tries to con customers by selling monthly subscription for personal training after introducing packages.I need my $164. They make you sign the pad once and then copy your signature twice. Criminals.Supposedly mangager at counter tonight.Talking about being professional. You are nothing but a professional thief.

The facility is just like any basic gym however the employees and customers make it amazing. I never use the showers but they always appear to be clean. The employees are informative and friendly. Great vibe!

I wish I never started a membership with Blinks. They tell all the good perks with pricing. But, when I went in December of 2022 to cancel and paid them for and extra month (January 2023) I spent one year with this gym before I cancel, and they are still billing me..they want me to pay a cancelation fee. In the beginning they never said anything about a cancelation fee. In fact I was advised that I can cancel at anytime. When I mentioned it to the rep. The rep said, yea they tell us NOT to mention that, just tell us to make the sale! And now they calling me talking about sending my account to collections. They won't be around long be dishonest. Lame!

This guy in this picture , MALIK very rude, aggressive towards me and threatened to beat me up for no reason and refused to let me in the gym after I scanned my card because he claimed someone used my account which I disagreed with him because I never shared my account with anyone

I'm rating this facility 2 stars because of the employees and trainers. They are friendly and professional. I can't say the same for management,Gary needs training on how to be professional. Most of the equipment in the gym are not working and the common area where you stretch is usually dirty.The machines need fixing!!!

Management needs training in customer relations and professionalism. Rick is very rude, cold and lacks tact. I came in to cancel my membership but needed a fee removed before doing so. When his staff informed him of my request, he didn’t even bother to greet me to explain the policy. He instead sent his staff back out with a post-it of the phone payment company. They could not help, claiming they were a third party company without access. He only then decided to come out when I had the phone agent repeat this to the front desk staff. When he came out, he still did not greet me. He instead fidgeted around, avoiding eye contact with me with his arms crossed. Still, not apologizing or expressing any concern over my request. I received an email address to submit my request from the agent over the phone. I asked Rick for his work email so I may copy him to the email and he responded, “I’m not giving you my email.” His demeanor toward my request exacerbated the situation because I feel this is a regular occurrence that has made the staff cold to member concerns. To be clear, I only requested the annual fee be removed since I was canceling and had not used the center in over a year and had already paid annual fees without utilizing the center. No due diligence was done to verify my request. Apparently no one has authorization to adjust any fees. No accountability. Only attitude and mainly from the gym manager.As I type this, I am still at the gym waiting on a response from the support contact because you can only cancel in person and I can’t cancel with this fee attached to the accounts. Has Rick offered to complete the cancellation once support responds to my request, no. 0 customer service or consideration.

I think Blink fitness is perfect, it's only missing one thing, a hack squat machine/hack slide. Once they get that piece of equipment. They kill every gym

OK, here's why I like this location. Parking, NO problem whatever plenty of parking space, Friendly staff, No issue there at all, in fact I love the morning staff from 5 am they're the best hands down, very friendly staff or maybe it's because I'm a friendly guy but they're nice. Totally honest here after 7 am it's definitely a different type of crowd and I'm not a fan that's why I go early at 5 am and leaves at 6:45 too many personalities will make you hate this location but in all reality there's nothing wrong with the location. The morning trainers and staff are very nice. Do your own experience don't read the comments. Nice staff

Before applying,I specifically ask the guy at the front desk if there was a cancelation fee because i was just here on vacation for a fee weeks but wanted to keep up with the gym.he said no..so I applied for it.went back to do my cancelation only to see a charge for it..when I asked about it the manager said it was company policy and he couldn't do anything about it..so apparently false advertising is what u should expect when u go to blink to see what they have to offer..??I am a frequent traveler and I had already recommended a few persons to this gym..but there is no way they are still coming ?

False advertising ,took my girlfriend to sign up for the gym because she’s on vacation for an few weeks and wanted to hit the gym for a few weeks and the staff at the front desk lied to us about and told us that there was no cancellation fee. When we showed up to cancel because she’s leaving they want to charge us a cancellation fee..Very dishonest ??
