  The wait in line is always 40 mins this place is horrible never again Always one teller working and this been going on for over 4 years now just go look at all the other reviews smh… p.s. I’m writing this comment while I’m here waiting…😡

  Yesterday I walked into this branch B.O.A in Irvington. The bank manger and her staff was amazing, very polite and professional, completed my business in a timely manner. Thanks you for you'll services and keep up the great work..

  THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA EEEEEVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRRRR!!!!!! I've been in line for over 30 mins. I have 20 people in front of me with 1 Teller, 3 women walking around looking like they could help but NOTTTTTT😡😡. THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST & SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
