I am a fan of Auto Zone but staff at this location is horrible. So disrespectful and address's their clients like they are there to visit a prison inmate. When you walk around you constantly hear F bombs left and right.
I don’t live in Irvington I was just in passing needed few items.
If you can just skip it unless you are comfortable with with being treated like a second class citizen.

When a customer comes in and need help, at this store they would help you but on one particular day I needed help the young man told me I could go to another store for that. And it was not busy. He was just standing there. I will NEVER go to auto zone again!!!

Ive been here several times, Always a ghetto mess. Its amazing to me how you could have 3 employees in outer space......On there phones while a line forms and no one bothers to say NEXT! And when you say something they act like your disturbing them? Why you come to work? Now its also amazing when you leave the hood and go to Auto Zone on 22 service is amazing!

I don’t normally do this but I was so upset by an experience from a female worker today. I went to the counter and said good morning. She did not respond to my courtesy, she just stared me and rudely asked “what”? Right away I realized she was in a bad mood. I went ahead and stated my order. She had this “I don’t care” attitude and did not want to respond to questions I asked about my order. My order amounted to over $400.00 - I asked her: “am I getting a discount”? She coldly responded: “What do you mean”? I asked her if she doesn’t know what’s a discount. That’s when she she started to show her true colors. I then had to tell her that since I came to her counter I don’t like the service I’m getting. She responded by telling me someone else has to deal with me and began calling other customers ahead of me. I stood my grounds and told her I’m not moving because I’m a customer too and if it was the other way around, I would have treated her better. She started to tell the security that she has a rude customer, and without listening to me, he started to talk irrationally.Fortunately, the floor manager intervened. He came to my counter in a friendly manner, transacted my purchase, informed me that I got a discount due to the amount of my purchase, offered a cart, etc. He saved the day and is an excellent worker. I don’t ever encounter these problems when I shop and don’t ever contribute to these problem. Thanks to the floor manager who saved the day and my impression of AutoZone.The security guard was really strange … he was trying to stop me from saying that the worker was rude to me. He needs to be retrained along with the female worker. If it wasn’t for the floor manager, he most likely would have removed me from my turn at the counter - sad.

If I can give this store a zero I would How is it that the people that work here have no customer service skills not even the manager have the decency of assisting the Customer telling the Customer she didn’t come to work to work today that is disgusting I will be taking this to the top chain of command because if the manager even acts like that there must be a change in management

Please hire people with knowledge they literally have nobody’s behind the counters. Can’t believe auto zone like to just hire people with no education just to pay minimum wage. Worst Autozone experience

If I could give this store at this location a zero star I would. I needed assistance locating an "alleged" in stock item. I requested assistance from a store employee. She directed me down the incorrect isle and then caught an attitude with me when she realized that she sent me down the wrong isle.I did not see what I was looking for, so I mentioned to her that the website indicated that this item was in stock at this location on Lyons Avenue. She rolled her eyes at me and then in a nasty tone told me that the item was probably in the back, but she wasn't going back there to look for it. The manager of this location as a progressive form of disciplinary action, should give her a verbal and/or letter of reprimand placed in her personal file. If this isn't the first complaint about this female employee, then she should be terminated immediately.Signed- Unhappy Customer
