Lately there's not even one cashier on duty, only those self checkout kiosks that Hadid the time don't recognize products, and mispriced products when scanned costs almost twice the listed price on the shelf

So I purchased an apple gift card from Walmart 7/20/23 spoke to cortney your store manager who told me to call cooperate . When I asked her for the number she sat here and stated she didn't know the number to call 1800 Walmart didn't make any amept in trying to help me solve the matter when your selling the product out of your store .FYI that's Evers store policy if you buy any type of gift card and there's an issue for it to return it to the place you purchased it from then wants to sit here and agate because they couldn't do anything . Well I contacted your cooperate office who literally sat here and told me to go back into the store and get the gift card returned for another one boy oh boy well Walmart in Howell have news for you that's not what cooperate says after speaking to them on the phone .

I think I wrote about this branch of Walmart before but they are so bad it's worth another review. There are never humans at the cashiers!!!' The self checkout line is half hr long every night. Disaster. When will corporate pick up on this store?

I laugh now at all the Walmart reviews on only a couple of registers open as I went today with my cart filled to the brim for the fourth of July holiday ( 90% groceries ) and NO REGISTERS OPEN - ONLY SELF CHECK OUT ) Apparently after talking to a couple of employees this has been going on for a few weeks as Walmart is pushing its experiment on their gerbil rodent customers to see if this will take / train them. In looking back during shopping I did see a couple of employees putting products back on shelves from overloaded carts which I thought were those from customer service but according to employees people discovered the Walmart game and walked out leaving the would be purchases. LEARN PEOPLE, BOYCOTT WALMART / LEAVE CARTS FILLED WITH YOUR POSSIBLE PURCHASES NOW OR HAVE FUN PROCESSING, BAGGING AND PAYING FOR IT.

Spacious and fully stocked shelves with various items, from household necessities and food groceries, to outdoor planting supplies, this Walmart has almost everything I could think of (I said "almost" was because I wish there's Starbucks inside the store, for a cup of Joe :)) From the completion of the items, the great space flow, and the fast flow of the self checkout line, I would like to give this Walmart 4 stars! However... I would recommend you to remember the price of each item you put into your cart. Better yet, take a photo of the item with the price tag on the shelf. Reason is two out of five items the price showing at the checkout are higher than they shown on the shelf. Good thing is the checkout assistant usually honor the shelf price and overwrite the transaction, as long as you show them photo proves and the manager confirm legit. For this checkout issue alone, my review for this location is 3 stars... because price police is not why customers are there for, and it took additional time and effort from the customer. Really hoping the price information will be soon aligned, and the shopping experience will be improved!

I had been to this location once. We were hunting for infant formula (due to the shortage), and we found several bottles with no limit as to how many can be purchased at a time. This is the reason I'm giving this store 3 stars instead of 2. The online inventory allowed me to reserve 2 bookshelves even though we did not find them in store. As expected the order was cancelled the next day. The customer service desk was helpful and quick with the items we had to return. Also, self checkout was the only option for purchasing items. Our receipt was still reviewed even though we didn't have any large items.

Walmart ain't Nordstrom and it makes no apologies in that direction but while they're fulfilling their lowest common denominator destiny is it possible to have more than one cashier working at any given time. Sure there's self-checkout but that line serpentines through polyester athleisure finally expiring somewhere around the display monument dedicated to salty snacks... and that doesn't even include the time wasted trying to swipe your purchases with a dead wand. Generally, a horror show. One star for confusion and an extra star for the comic relief.

Selection at Walmart has gotten where they only keep the most popular items. If it is not a leading seller in a product line you will need to go elsewhere. They care about satisfying customers, only about the easy money. Take that into consideration the next time you decide where to shop.

Horrible experience!!! Stay away from this place. I was there today to buy some jewelry for my wife. There was nobody working at the jewelry counter. I asked an employee to page somebody for customer assistance, and she did. The same girl came by again 1/2 hour later, and asked if anybody helped me yet. I said "not yet" , so she paged them again. I waited another 20 minutes, and another employee came by. I asked them to page somebody to come to the jewelry counter, so he paged them. I waited another 1/2 hour, and still nobody came. During the whole Tim that I was waiting at the jewelry counter knowing exactly which expensive piece I wanted to by, I was appalled at the total lack of social distancing, and people wearing their masks around their chins. I was literally being bumped into by people with total disregard for virus preventing rules. After standing, and waiting at the jewelry counter for about an hour and a half, I just left the store disgusted. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The store totally ignored a definite $158 sale. Worse than that, THE STORE Is A VIRUS FACTORY.. I ended up buying from Amazon... You should too!!!

This place is a disaster. It's dirty, their inventory is inconsistent and the shelves are a mess. Walmart should close this location.

I used to come here when I was little bc it was close to where I lived in howell when I was younger. I loved it bc it had a McDonald's inside which was my favorite. The store itself needs to be alittle spread out more, it seems everything is too packed

Found some bargains, store not visually up to standards especially for a newer location, lines long and slow, not what I expect from a Supercenter, Old bridge on 18 is not huge but is clean and inviting...

Hey, it's Walmart. You know what they have. The sporting good department here is better then Freehold and the store is relatively clean, for a Walmart. It seems like the checkout lines are longer then average. The store almost seems like it's a little....small. The isles seem smaller and the parking lot feels more cramped then it should be. I don't know, maybe it's me.

Had to update. The yarn section is in total chaos. Missing wrappers, prices, colors everywhere, needs to be updated just like other aisles in the store.
