This is an overall good place for jewelry. Decent selections and decently priced. If you choose to have a service done by them I recommend giving them more time than expected.

I would never go here again. Horrible service my piece was to be finished on a specific date the “ jeweler called out sick. My item wasn’t even started . Mind you their prices to do a simple jump ring swap was off the chart. The store attendant threw my piece at me when I went to pick it up. Said we don’t do business with “ you” a white American female . Upon entering the young jeweler kept increasing the price the longer I was in there. Typical of them. Do not recommend, they’re severely over priced and rude af. They ruined my event gift. As I was exiting the immature young female played victim. Using confrontational language when none was given.

Visited the Howell store. I found the young lady that was working with us polite with knowledge of product. The owner was friendly, and you could see he knows the business. VERY fair prices, nice people to work with. I will definately go back for my jewlerly needs .

I brought my wife's mangled engagement ring and ring guard to Twin City in Howell to be restored. The rings had been cut off and mangled so badly that I expected the stones would need to be placed in new settings. Twin City restored the original settngs to their original beauty of decades ago when set at Twin City in Lakewood. Great job, Thank you!

What can I say! It's probably the best jewelry store in New Jersey.Harry and company are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.I always feel that I'm being taken care of with whatever I need. I highlyrecommend the Howell store for any of my jewelry needs.

Took a few bracelets and a ring to get repaired. 2 day turn around and quality work. They also cleaned the jewelry i was wearing for free! I was not in the market for any new jewelry but i did browse. They have a very nice selection of rings, necklaces and watches. The jewelry is displayed properly and you will not be overwhelmed by other places that pack the cases making it hard to shop. I also took notice of some of the price tags and was surprised to see how affordable they are. They are not your typical "We buy gold" place. If your in the market for a purchase or repair give them a shot
