Terrible service, I went to Target today and paid at the self-checkout, and I left the store normally, when I left a brunette, chubby employee took my things, to which I said hey, hey, I He turns to look and asks for my ticket, I give it to him and he gives me back my things and leaves, not even an apology from the lady. Terrible service, later I will send a complaint

Not my favorite Target. The lines are usually long and instead of opening up new registers they try to ring you up with a handheld that doesnt work so well. Theyre not very organized and the store is a bit of a mess.

Normally I love Target, clean and well stocked, and well worth the extra money compared to Walmart. But I can't overlook forcing people into long lines of self-checkout. I was there on Sat, 10/21, around 8p. NOT. A. SINGLE. REGISTER. OPEN.When I finally got up to the register I had to request they open a lane. It is not practical to scan 60+ items ($500) at a self checkout. A register used to be standard. Now it's special request? Sad.

Great experience I had today at this Target location this morning. From the minute I walked in, a very friendly employee greeted me with saying good morning and how are you? That is so rare to see these days to be greeted professionally and genuinely immediatedly upon entering a retail environment. If the employee was hired for holiday help and not a regular full time employee, please consider keeping her on the team after the holiday season is over because even as I was walking to retrieve my items, I could overhear her greeting customers as they entered Target. I was able to find exactly what I needed from another helpful employee immediatedly upon request. The checkout service was also a breeze thanks to my cashier by the name of Brian. He was very patient, kind and I didn't feel rushed in the least. If this is a sample of how this Target branch operates now, they will go places.

This review is for the customer service employee Krystal, who went out of her way to help me find a product. I asked 2 other floor sales associates, and they couldn't be so bothered!!Thank you Krystal for your help and assistance. I did find the product and it was in ailse A7 but not in the right place. Thanks again for your help!

Store is clean and the people are nice but if they aren’t going to hire front end staff, they need more self checkout stations. Also, it is absolute chaos at the register lines and the manager needs to direct traffic.
