Wanted to work part time overnight I was hired by the manager he was nice that was about the only good thing I can say about the place. The assistant manager was unhappy had a lot of negative things to say like there weren’t many customers shopping there and telling me about scrubbing shelves! I showed up for my overnight position 5 minutes early and waited at the entrance for 25 minutes for my coworkers who have the keys to the store to let us in and they sat in their cars with no explanation of why they weren’t going into the store to work! I left and decided not the place to work for me

The baggers need training. I had a horrific experience today. Everything was dumped in my bags with no rhyme or reason. Not one bag was squarely packed. I sent everything down the conveyor belt the way I wanted the products grouped....cold stuff together, produce together, boxes together, cans together, etc. After he got through, nothing was together. Cold products on top of dry boxes that got wet. Meat on top of raspberries! Eeww! Cans on top of bananas, eggs and lettuce. To top it off, the bagger didn't hand me all.my bags:( When I got home, I realized a bunch of items were missing. I had to go back! There were two full bags he didn't give me! The store should have delivered them to.me since it was their mistake. I left home at 2:30 to grocery shop. I thought I'd be home by 4 and unpacked. Instead, it was nearly 6 by the time I returned home the 2nd time. By then the cooked rotisserie chicken was cold. I didn't have dinner til 2 hours later than usual. Not a happy camper, especially the bruised bananas I so carefully chose.

This place has rude morning people. I'm doing an Instacart pickup and I see three people, obviously managers, standing around look like they are talking about something on TV or something. I clearly interrupted them because I could tell all the facial expressions and tone and they just didn't like that their conversation was interrupted. This just happened. That doesn't matter to me, I don't care. Eventually someone came over and was nice but.. Two stars, don't interrupt this place in the morning.

Bathrooms are disgusting and the toilet paper is non existent or laying on top of the holder. Gross
Digital coupon clipped but employee said it won’t work until later we’ll that doesn’t help me now so I couldn’t buy the item and the employee didn’t help at all with how unfriendly she was

The cashier Christina who worked on Saturday, July 1st was unbelievably rude. It actually shocked me. I had to look at my husband to see if he saw what I saw because I was in disbelief. The store was empty. Her light was on and she had no line at her lane, so I went in her lane. She didn’t say hello or anything at all and I felt uncomfortable because she was just staring at me so I decided to say “hi” to make it less awkward. She just glared at me. I thought maybe she’s a mute. But then she said “I need to scan your water.” So that isn’t the case. After the extremely unpleasant transaction, she handed me my receipt. I said “thank you” and once again she just glared at me and says nothing. I understand not small talking, I don’t want to small talk either… but simple manners when YOU chose to work in a customer service position are essential in life in general. I come here all the time but I don’t want to go back after that.
