I'm giving this particular store a one star. Yes I still have t-mobile, BUT when I came to this store, because my phone was broken and needed a new one, walked in explaining I will spend money on a new phone, and the guy basically said yeah no I can't do anything for you. I was so dumbfounded. I will never go to the Howell location. Went to the Neptune location next day, and was easily given a new phone and couldn't be happier with their service. It's unfortunate you allow people who give 0 effort to work in that store. TMobile did not loose me as a customer. But I'd rather travel 25 minutes to get the customer service I deserve, than a two minute car ride up the road to have horrible service.

I stopped in today to switch out ipads. Mike helped me and he was absolutely so kind and professional. I think the world would be better off having some kind of customer service training from this gentleman. Thank you again, Mike!

I guess the Porto Rican store staff doesn’t know how to talk to people if he gets paid to talk back and not being helpful then he can go home and get his GED done maybe he can learn little bit about how customer service looks like.

Tom is the best!!!! I lost my iphone & was locked out of Apple ID so couldn’t activate find my iPhone. He tried multiple solutions for me including trying to set up an old iPhone 7 with SIM card to access Apple ID. With lots of trials & tribulations his patience and knowledge got me to where I need to be. He even accessed my Apple Care & told me I had lost & theft cover. What a champion. Excellent professional customer service he definitely went above and beyond. Thank YOU Tom

The worst customer service ever never saw such nasty worker's. I saw a few guys walk in just wanting to pay for their phone service and that was an hour wait with very few ppl in the store when they told me an hour wait it was only a few min y mislead me with that information. There's no reason someone should wait more then 5 min to pay for their bill it takes a min to give over the money. My wife was there today with a broken screen. First they said she needs a new phone which is a fortune when they can just fix the screen for less money. Then they find out she has insurance. She needs to first claim a insurance and then get the phone a week later. Y can't she just get the phone on the spot especially when she has insurance isn that the point of insurance. She ended up claiming insurance and she scheduled a appointment the same day in brick location which there they said it's an easy fix. When she told them what happened in Howell they said they have no idea what they talking Abt. The brick location was very helpful and honest and very good worker's

Due to Sprint being bought out by T-Mobile, I HAVE to get a new phone; although mine works fine, not broken, go figure. So I head out to the Howell store, everything was okay until they show how customer service and the honor system doesn’t apply. They did not abide by their appointment times. They are so understaffed in sale reps during this merge, it’s pathetic. I had to return to this store 3 times on separate occasions (one was my fault).At the last visit, as I am seated and waiting for my turn with another woman who was before me, a man walks in without being on the list and the greeter says he would have a 2-hour wait, but then the greeter introduces him to the sales rep! And he starts working with the guy! How disrespectful! Also, directed to T-mobile, if you’re going to pay for a third person to be there, it should be someone who can actually help the customers rather than typing our names into a tablet and pretending like they are actually going to use it. That would be more helpful, 1star for customer service.Ps- to top it off, I call the customer service line to complain of their awful service, and the ladies in the Philippines could not understand the concept of a “review of their service.” They were too worried about noting my bill is due soon… ??side note- what actually happened to real customer service? When we are finally face-to-face with a human, that they have no idea how to assist someone or even acknowledge them for goodness sake !

My daughter needed help with her phone. She locked herself out of her phone, because she changed her password and didn't write it down! So she couldn't get back into her phone! So she panic and thought she had to get another phone! So one guy helped her get her phone back for her! So I'm so grateful to him! That he saved the day for her! So thank you to T-mobile staff for fixing the problem! Very helpful in deed! So that's the store, I will always go for my business!❤

Kevin is the most honest, caring salesman I’ve ever met. I don’t know if he works on commission or spiffs. If he does, he deserves 1,000,000 stars!! Brought my mom in, because she was having several issues managing the use of her phone. She explained the issues to him. Instead of instantly trying to sell her an upgrade. He researched the issues with his own knowledge. He showed her how to work it properly. Amazing job Kevin! Anyone that does go to this store and wants transparency. Ask for Kevin!!!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note s10+ but at the time they didn't have the phone case so they ordered it and I went back to store 3 separate times over the past month and was told to come back again so instead of driving wasting my gas again I tried to call up store and no one picks up to answer so now i got work and don't want to waste a trip going out my way to be told again to come back
