I was there just tonight and one of the employees was very rude with my daughter, she was trying to smell one of the fragrances and all of the sudden she appeared and talked to her really rude, I’ll would never go back there, if is that what you want, you guys got it.

Absolutely love this location. Krisann was so helpful and i could tell she shared the same passion for makeup as i do. She made sure i left happy and i feel like she really went above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful store ! The employees could not have been more unfriendly and unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable and won't be back.

Accused of stealing. A really cringe interaction that could have been avoided if the employees were smart lol. Never coming here again.

Me and my sister were looking at the laneige glowy lip balms and she used the sample try me display but she decided not to get it and then a worker accused us of stealing and as we were about to walk out she walked up to us again and kept telling us to pay for what we took we emptied our pockets and she still kept accusing us of stealing

Shame on the coldness of this store. A few weeks back I went there with my mom who recently lost her use of right side. She wanted to go in with me but we didn't bring her walker she just got. We went in with a small grocery cart and the young girls who worked there approached her and told her she couldn't bring in the store. She explained her situation and they said ok bc they were kind and had a heart. Shortly after the manager came over and said she couldn't use it we tried to explain but she said against fire regulations. Really? Is she that cold? No different that a wheelchair and it wouldn't be as embarrassing for my mom to walk around. I will never go to a Sephora again cold cold cold and obviously they believe in the dignity of a woman.

Staff was nice but they don't take Sephora gift cards???? Wtf. What's the point? Yes it's a Sephora inside of a kohls but it's still Sephora. You should be able to take our SEPHORA gift cards. Wasted my time.
