We brought our Truck in for an issue it was having and Evelyn and Mike were amazing! Not only were they friendly, understanding of our urgency to resolve the problem they resolved it within a few hours same day! I highly recommend Save-on Auto Center for all you Auto/Truck care.

Third time coming here to try and get my car inspected for insurance. First time called and set up they said no need to schedule it. Showed up at 1:20pm on a Friday and I’m told they aren’t doing inspections for the day. Which i called that morning and was told to come in before 3. I showed up during my lunch break and was told they aren’t doing inspections. Came first thing Saturday morning they aren’t open!! But everywhere says they are. I’ve wasted three trips had a nasty lady tell me once I’m here they aren’t doing inspections anymore. And AGAIN ITS SATURDAY MORNING 10am and they are closed but website says open.waste of my time each time.

Unfortunately I had remained loyal to SAV ON
AUTO but quickly was reminded why we veered to our local dealership for ALL repairs to my Ford Explorer...I supposedly had my breaks repaired and the brake system totally rebuilt. As soon as it was home my son insisted the breaks were not "right" well he was correct. And here we are months and months my truck sits parked and not used. ALSO I had my air conditioner in my truck completely repaired and rebuilt. Since then my air conditioner no longer has a charge of freon for long. There is a large leak I feel somewhere in the line. I am very disappointed and saddened that we try to remain loyal to our local small business owners. And in return I feel we were totally dismissed and taken advantage of. We both grow up here since very very young. Trying to help our community and left with a dangerous vehicle to drive and NEED to drive to get to treatments and oncologist, several monthly Doctor appointments ect. I am left with no choice at this point. I will have to go into the office and obtain what's owed to us as well. Not a good experience twice now. It's a shame really.

The owners are honest, willing to help you as much as they can and are reasonably priced. I’ve gone to them a few times for different car needs. They were able to get a part last minute (within the hour) and completed each job within a good time frame. PLUS, they are dog friendly and welcomed my pooch with a treat! I definitely recommend Save On and will continue to be a customer.

Called yesterday asking about checking my leaky tire. Explicitly got told to come in any time from 8-12 today. Was closed, despite the hours saying it’s open, the signs being on, and a worker in the store.Extremely frustrating and I really don’t appreciate this practice of keeping the signs on when you’re CLOSED. Please communicate better with all staff on store hours if there’s a discrepancy with your normal schedule.

I highly recommend Save-On auto service with no reservations. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and reliable, yet they are also friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and let them service your car!

I have been doing most of my own car repairs for 40+ years and Save-On is my go-to place when I get in over my head. They listen to me,,they are honest,,, and they are accurate. Just as important : They respect me,,,and the car I drive. They don't stop till the job gets done the right way and you won't need to come back for a re-do because of corner cutting. Bottom Line : They are worth it.

I went there after visiting the Tire Farm in Farmingdale, who by the way is under new ownership. These guys are totally ridiculous had to leave because of their incompetency. Went to SaveOn for the first time. Met with the owner and his wife. Very lovely people and took care of my tire. You have a customer for life. You guys are the best and I highly recommend anyone who has not gone there to give them a try. You can see their commercials on local TV.

They did the job I asked for, but was very expensive, i went to another shop this week for another issue and was told the work done should of been roughly half cheaper
