This review is specifically for the customer service at the Howell location.My experience with three people in particular has been fantastic. Taha (branch manager) as well as Chris and Robin (tellers) are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They consistently make doing business with a huge bank feel hometown.They greet me personally and by name when I come in; and they are familiar with my banking needs. Their customer service is specifically why I remain with Santander. Great job guys!

If I could give no stars let's just say haven't had an good experience in quite some time with Santander and we'll leave it at that, i certainly do not recommend banking with them. If I hadn't just purchased checks my accounts would of been closed the other day after the most recent horrific experience. They'll be losing several customers over their horrible customer service one we each run out of checks, we're then closing our accounts as an family and banking else where!!

I can’t say anything enough good things about the people at this bank. I have had some issues over the past two month that needed a lot of statements and various other paperwork. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to bank at this branch. Again, thanks to everyone at this branch for your help. ?

The staff there made me wait while they took care of every customer who walked in after me. Branch manager called me a week later to harass me about a bad review I left

I have been a customer to the Santander bank both for business and for personal accounts. Other than minor and rare instances my experience at this branch has been mostly positive and when minor issues have occurred the management and staff always rectified the problems to my satisfaction. Every counter representative knows me by name and I know most of theirs. This creates a great personal experience. I highly recommend Santander Bank's Howell branch to anyone within a 15 minutes drive!

Aunt traumatized by bank manger , make sure your accounts have movement on them , because they are trying to make your savings accounts dormant , especially for the elderly , if you don’t use it you may lose it!! which should be against by the way,lucky for her she caught the bank manager in time to save her account! Research what dormant account means , and close your account and go to a real bank. Santander has the worst reviews! And he mistreats the elderly and should be arrested!

I opened an account some time in March... Now its June 30th, I still have yet to receive my debit card. I called the branch, used the website, and visited physically multiple times until now, and what I was told to visit ONE more time to verify my information to get the debit card sent in the mail. Basically I quit, and next time I visit this branch it will be to close the account. I wouldn't wish Santander bank to my worst enemy and I have 3 other checking accounts to compare this garbage service to.
