I ordered a product from the Howell store received it in less than 2 hours & had the cutest note on the Bag!!! Love the Howell Location they are always soo helpful & explain to Me how to use whatever I ask for ..always Great Customer Service

Awful service, staff and a bunch of liarsMy little sister came in looking for this one product that works for dark hair. The employee convinced her to buy a different product and guaranteed her it would come out the deep red she wanted and assured that 3 boxes would be enough. My sister bought 4 in case (covered about half her hair) and came out with the red hue in the sunlight….The employee clearly didn’t know what she was talking about which is pretty dangerous when people are asking for hair dye advice.When I came in upset about everything, she didn’t seem like she could care less about the situation even thought it was her fault since she was the person who LIED and is obviously not knowledgeable on hair to be giving advice…She said she couldn’t do anything since she used the product already. How else are you supposed to dye your hair???When I called customer service they apologized on her behalf for lying, and said I was actually eligible for a refund since I came into the store with the receipt and the boxes from the dyes…So not only did she lie and doesn’t know what she’s talking about, she purposely refused the refund….when it’s Sally beauty’s policy

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I can see why they are struggling with the two stars they currently have.This is the second time I placed an order with them via DoorDash and it's always a problem. The first time I ordered a flat iron which gave me fly aways. They gave me the runaround, and I finally was able to reach a manager and got the situation resolved. I gave them another chance by placing an order on DoorDash again. One of my items were missing and the other item they allegedly were out of stock. No one ever called me to let me know about the out of stock item. When I called regarding the missing item the young lady at the store acted like she could of cared less and said well according to her records it was placed in the bag. The missing item was shampoo. I place an order for over $100 worth of products from the store. I couldn't use any of the products because the main item was shampoo. They directed me to speak to customer service and customer service had to issue a refund. I'm so pissed and so dissatisfied because now I can't even wash my hair because I don't have any shampoo, yet I have all of these products all just to sit here until I order shampoo from somewhere else. I would never in my entire life place another order from this store and I suggest you do not waste your time, energy or money as well.#PISSEDATSALLYS

I went to several Sally's in one day looking for some products and this was by far and away the cleanest and most organized store I visited. The staff is soooo friendly every visit and are extremely knowledgeable. Great place to shop for your beauty needs!

Horrible staff. No one greets you when you walk in, three girls at the register gossiping about another co-worker. Didnt even acknowledge I walked in the store. Grabbed a few of my items and they were out of basic items- I asked the girl at the register and she didnt even go look and just said "no, that is what walmart is for". I had o ask three times for a receipt because she was too busy texting.

I was there today at about 1:45 pm. Someone said hello from the register area, but no one was standing there. I selected what I was looking for, walked around the store, was looking at the promotional items in the haircare aisle in full view of the now present sales associate, and was not asked if I needed assistance. When I get to the register the sales girl rang me up. Since it was haircolor, I would have thought that she would ask if I needed anything else. She did not. While I was waiting for the transaction to be done, I looked at the wall behind the register and saw who owned the phantom voice from when I walked in. A sales person, (I am guessing since there was no name badge) was sitting huddled in the tiny corner on top of the safe texting away on her phone. I am sure that there is probably a small backroom area in which to take breaks. Overall, it was a poor experience. I have received top notch customer service at other locations, but not this one. They could care less.

Everyone here is always friendly and they do their best to help you find what you're looking for. It's important to do your own research before visiting and not expect a retail employee to give you salon advice. Sally has everything you need!

Decent selection, but the prices are high and the employees have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE. You will be told different things from different employees and none of the information is correct. They don't know anything about hair coloring or their own products.
