My favorite nail place. Steven is my favorite nail tech. He does an amazing job every time. I am never waiting they always take me at the time I schedule. My acrylics never fall off after I let them grow out unlike other places. My acrylics stay for over a month and a half because I'm one of those people who wait last minute. They have great prices and color options as well. I used to bounce around between nail places but not I refuse to go anywhere else then XO nails.

Cindy has been doing my nails for 10 years now, she has become part of my family. My nails always come out looking amazing and cindy is the only one I trust doing my eyebrows. This salon is always clean, welcoming and bright. I know when I go in for services I’ll be treated with exceptional care. I travel over 40 minutes each way just to come to Cindy!

The salon is always extremely clean and well staffed with friendly and professional nail artists. The girl all the way to the left (Cindy) is hands down the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients, you can tell she is passionate about what she does and it shows through her work. I have been a dedicated client of hers for 5+ years and I have never left with something I didn’t absolutely love! She is so talented, fast and has a true vision for nail art! You definitely need an appointment because her book fills fast! I’d give 10 stars to her and Xo Nails & Spa 2 if I could!

Horrible. Poor service. Dirty. Rude.If you want bubble gel nails and painful filing you can go ahead to this place. Especially lady on the left table.Never again.Not sure where the entitlement coming from...

So you know your not happy at a place when your writing a bad review as you sit in the chair - I came in for a gel mani and gel pedi- they don't do a gel pedi ok fine not everyone does...as she was going to take my gel off she looked confused(she also looked no older then 15) a guy had to come over and tell her something! I asked if it would be hard to take off they said no as they soak my nails and file with a nail file that looks like it was broke in half.. You know when you can tell they are not sure what to do and that I am annoying them and I only asked 1 question and then said the water was to hot ! I am also one of those girls that doesn't like to say anything to the nail lady!!!! So shame on me for that- I do think I should walk into a nail salon and feel welcomed and confident that they know what they are doing! I would also like to mention that if you want any kind of exfoliation or massage do it yourself Just finished and I am still writing this review- she did my horrible pedi- I cancelled the gel mani when I went to pay she sharped me 30$ then said ohh I for got to charge you the extra 5$ to remove the gel! So I had to swipe my car a second time! No thanks! First time and last time - I do not recommend

I went for my eyebrows, and the ladies are a little heavy handed. Should put the customer first, keep the fact they pay to be in pain to begin with in mind, and show a little more professionalism.

Went in two weeks ago extremely pleased. This week went in was completely rushed and looks like a five year old did my nails. I am absolutely crushed I have an event to go to tonight and no time to get this re done . Absolutely horrible. The pictures don't even show how bad they are.

Been getting my nails done by Cindy for over 4 years now. She does amazing work & always makes the prettiest designs. I get compliments on my nails all the time. The staff at XO nails are always friendly & the salon is always clean. Highly recommend this salon
