I used Prompt Parking in Brooklyn. Marnee was great and very responsive. They manage parking in buildings and have to deal with the building staff and seem to have good relationships with them. I only stopped using them because I found a garage closer to my apt.

Having the ability to park my car with a company that is happy to provide superb customer service and attentive to my requests gives me a great comfort level. I call the office often whether to update my car or just to submit payment and the office staff is pleasant and friendly.
