“How odd it feels to rate a post office but the experience here just had to be noted! This place is the most efficient and pleasant post office our family has experienced. Service for 2 children’s passports including photos. Appointments easily made online and promptly assisted once we arrived. The staff (2 ladies) were so warm and patient, made the experience fun for our kids, way less stressful for us parents. But on top of the manner, these 2 were an efficient team! Communication top notch to help move us and other clients along, detailed paperwork reviewed thoroughly and quickly, passports arrived quickly without issue. Truly a great office and wonderful staff!”

“I rate this PO at a 5 star for the simple reason that they are understaffed and still do a great job. Yes it's crowded sometimes but the counter people do take alot of abuse and sarcastic remarks from unpleasant customers who defenatly don't understand customer service and got nothing else to complain about. I'm a bulk shipper and drop off packages daily and weekly, sometimes I do need to wait in line but all the times I did, the counter person was always so nice and helpful. When I needed a supervisor they came out rather quick and did help me when I had some issues with tracking. Overall I want to tell everyone to just be patient and understand it's not the workers, it's the understaffed of the po. Remember, it's a small po with thousands of packages to be delivered, sorted etc...I have no issues and thank those who actually stay there Even through the tough times. I feel your pain as a customer so I Crack a joke with ya when I approach your desk! Keep up the good work...”

“Yesterday, May 22, around 2:20pm, I stopped at the Lakehurst. NJ Post office to get some stamps. There was a line, behind me, two other gentleman. The Post Office worker was helping a woman who just lost someone in her family. The worker treated her with such dignity and kindness. And at the same time, she was helping another gentleman with an inquiry. He was quite anxious worried about those in line. The worker said, lets help you with youre concern first. Before we knew it she was through helping both the woman and the gentleman. I purchased my stamps. I received my receipt and i thought to myself that I will call the number or use my phone to scan it and give her a good review. Unfortunately I lost my receipt, so im giving her review here. Bless her for her patience and kindness.”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

“Went for a toddlers first passport with picture. They require you arrive 10-15 minutes early which I did, but got served 15 minutes late. Costumer service is kind and considerate, but for appointments for passport, expect delays.”

“I drive from Freehold to Farmingdale PO. I see John (Jack) at the window most times. All of my letters or packages arrive on time. I haven't lost one yet. Plus their suggestions helped me so much.Clean and I never have to wait in a long line. A hidden treasure.And I have to add all of the employees there are so nice.Its a drive for me but so worth it.Thank You Farmingdale PO.”

“This is a convenient and nice location to get your post office tasks completed. The folks I dealt with were polite & helpful. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“USPS is the best mail delivery system in the world!! They work day in, day out, delivering mail no matter what the weather is! Also they have very convenient drop off bins all over town. And you can drop off big packages here as well. Btw you don't have to wait on line if you got a big package, you could go to the right side of the building through the second door and there are bins to place them. Great system. Very well organized. Nice staff.”

“I love this post office. Tge people here know what they're doing and are so helpful. I tend to go at 9:30am and it's never been busy at that time. I had I ternational mail to send and they helped me figure out the customs forms. I'm so thankful for their help. I've had my mail held while I was away and everything was delivered properly once I returned home. FYI Informed delivery let's you know what mail to expect and report missing mail.”
