I have used this branch for years with friendly service every time but recently had an exceptional experience. I needed a document from a past home loan for a closing and PNC customer service failed to help, with multiple attempts. I visited this branch and the manager Nicole spent 30 minutes with me on 3 different phone calls and resolved the issue. Nice to know there is still service like that!!!

Terrible customer service!!! I reported check fraud on my account to Lori at this branch. She has yet to call me back with an update on my refund or the fraud investigation. It has been a month since I reported this and I continue to call her everyday. I am extremely frustrated with the run around! This should have been escalated immediately and my account refunded! I should NOT have to wait for the investigation to complete for my money to be refunded! And still nobody can explain to me how a check made payable to a mortgage company was allowed to be personally cashed by someone?! AWFUL way to treat customers. Once this is resolved I will DEFINETLY be transferring my accounts someplace else!

Went from Freehold bank location to Howell, When they closed Freehold. I went there because it's easy to use Wawa to pull out the ATM money without any fees like I was getting from Bank of America! I am tired of paying $36 fees anytime I am short money, $72 is a lot of money because of two $3.00 dollar ATM transactions!

Lori is s absolutely terrific Shes been helping my mom for many years She is professional. Kind, Compassionate and very helpful . This is getting 3 stars because there's a lady and I'm assuming she's the manager is completely ridiculous. Her name is Stephanie and she tried arguing with my sister and I for cashing a check. She didn't want to help us at all and was extremely rude. She's not helpful at all. The other woman Gale was helpful and amazing and did everything she can to help us. I'm only recommending this place if you DON'T get STEPHANIE.
